The sales was not pushy. After reviewing quality specs in booklet with my husband, we realized quality was higher than vinyl. Installation was great. And there was follow up to make sure we were happy.

They appear to be quality windows. One of the first things I noticed, is the house is quieter. It blocks out the road noise.

The Doors function well. We have reservations however because of water leakage occurrence. John was unable to repeat the leakage issue. We haven’t heard from Marvin as to the outcome of this visit.

Opportunity For Improvement - They did a great job and the windows are great. There was one minor adjustment they needed to make, and they were prompt in doing that. I would recommend these windows and getting them through Costco to anyone.

The windows were ready sooner than expected so we really got some use out of them in some really cold weather.

We have been using Marvin windows since we moved to Ohio 12 years ago. Our Project Consultant has been wonderful. Gary's product knowledge, professionalism, and understanding of our needs has made each of our many projects using Marvin a good experience. Marvin windows are beautiful and the quality is top notch. Should any concerns arise they are addressed immediately and rectified.

The installation was supposed to be done at the beginning of November, but they didn't have the materials. They rescheduled it for 2 months later. They said they would have to come back due to the weather. They came and fixed it last week. I'm not happy. It took almost 4 months to finish. In the meantime, no one called us to let us know what was going on. I had to call the Project Manager. I called John back to tell him about my experience. They came back to fix it a few days later. I do not recommend them to anyone.

The team took great care not to damage, mar or soil anything in the house.

The timeline was pretty long. We first contacted Marvin at the beginning of Nov, they were not able to come and quote for like 3 weeks, then it felt like things went dark for a long time and I wasn't sure what was happening. I called a couple times because the sales rep told us we'd be hearing from them and we did not. Originally the sales rep said the approx install date was Dec 31. But we did not get our new door installed until Feb 4th. Everything went well, just wish the timeline was better communicated and things moved faster.

Our first visit from Marvin was on July 2, 2024. Our project consisting of 2 kitchen windows and 1 larger picture window wasn't finished until January 22, 2025. We were scheduling a kitchen, dining room, living room remodel project and expected that we had plenty of time for the windows to be installed before the project began, but there were a lot of communication problems/ cancellations/ and a no show (I will drop off paperwork next week but didn't) on the salesman's (Michael Nimylowycz) end, installation cancellations, and then when we had a problem and were told that the company would fix our wood trim which was ruined by the installer, but no one ever called me to schedule this. After a month, I ended up calling to see what the delay was. It appears there was another communication error on Marvin's part. This caused a lot of problems for the company that was doing our remodel because they had to work around Marvin's schedule.

No. The windows are fine, the install wasn’t great, and I wouldn’t have paid what I did had I known better.
