The workmem were focused and efficient, also willing to answer questions. When the inspector finished looking over the house and deck, he said if he could give a rating it would be 5 stars. HX did a wonderful job.

The whole experience was great and the crew that did the installation was excellent.

So far, I am very happy with the work they did, and the house looks nice.

Learn from my mistake. I have been working with Shaunak who lied to me for the past 45 days. I reached out to him back in early August based on his good reviews. This is when the bad business tactics begin. He calls me and says I will be the lowest for Hardie and do whatever to earn your business. Give me a chance. So, I delayed my project to give him the opportunity to put a bid into the project, which was full exterior replacement.

This is where his lies and bad business behavior begins. I was stupid enough to believe him. He verbally says I can do your roof for $$$$, but I cant give you a quote because I am too busy and I am trying to manage the manpower in the office. Huhhhhh, You cant send me an estimate. I already had the Hardie estimate from him which was over $10k higher than the competitors. He wanted to see the competitior quotes, so I sent them to him. Shaunak says, "I will beat them". Followed everything he wanted and trusted him. He continues to blow me off saying he's going on a vacation and today he has been out of the office for weeks when I have been waiting for the contract to be sent to me for my roof. Multiple follow up emails and texts. Just continues to blow me off. After 45 days of working with him, He emails me today and says I cant do your roof now.....best of luck. Are you SERIOUS. Who does this? This man lied and strung me along for 45 days when all I did was give the man what he wanted and trusted that he was different than the others. HE IS NOT. Dont believe any of his BS because he will screw you over just like he has done to me. It's almost winter and now I am left dry. RUN RUN RUN from Shaunak and his lies.

The two men who sided the house were exceptional. They went over and above expectations. They were personable and very professional.

We recently selected HX Home Solutions to install James Hardie siding on our house after receiving 3 other quotes. This was a big job and is probably one of their largest residential siding jobs. Out of the gate I was impressed with the level of detail of the quote we received which far exceeded the other companies. Quality of work, cleanliness of the job site, and overall price/value were key factors when selecting a company. And HX Home Solutions did not disappoint!!! We are very impressed with the way the install looks and their entire team down to the contractors installing were highly professional and focused on quality. We will be using HX for our roof along with other services moving forward.

HX Home Solutions did an amazing job with our entire house. Shaunak was always available for any questions and would inspect all of the work. The workers did a great job with all of the items we replaced (windows, siding and front door) and we had them paint our brick which turned out beautiful. They were straightforward and honest about all the pricing and timing with all the projects. I would highly recommend HX Home Solutions in the future.

Dave and his team provide the complete package: expert consultation, a marvelous design, a fair price, timely installation, and a gorgeous finished product with no surprises. Dave really knows how to make a tired, old house look new and beautiful again. Our job was on a tight budget, so Dave designed a combination of premium vinyl siding and Hardie Board trim that provided us the economy of vinyl and the sturdy good looks of Hardie Board. Now we're very happy with our house, which is warmer, quieter, and better-looking than ever.
