New customer. I had to contact the main office with some questions. Did not have to wait on hold for a representative which was wonderful. She was able to answer my questions quickly and clearly. What a refreshing experience considering some other customer service situations I've had to deal with lately.

Initially he was able to find coverage for a property with an unlivable house and poorly maintained structures. I was working with Bill Nelson on my new insurance policy, which I paid for weeks ago, but he stopped responding to me. I reached out again and received a response from Greg Bowyer stating, "Bill is no longer with us." Regardless of who helps me, I urgently need someone to add the real estate agency managing my rental as an additional insured—something Bill failed to do after I initially requested it. Please assign someone to assist me with this as soon as possible. Let me know who will be handling my request moving forward. Looking forward to your prompt response.

Funds were take out 7 days before closing (closing was tentatively Feb 7). Funds were taken ou Feb 3. The agent said that he would correct the date. The house sale did NOT finalize. Now I have to hunt you down for my money back.

Our rate increases have been astronomical over the several years we have had your insurance. We have had no claims and very little communication between us, yet the increases exceed even the very high inflation rates in our country! I understand how insurance works and while I have no desire to actually need to use your service, it does seem like others' losses are negatively impacting our rates at unusually high leves!

Personal care and understanding.

Agent provided discounts I was not entitled to nor provided feedback that I was entitled to. Insurance provider inquired about these (home owner discount) to which I provided feedback that I do not own the home I live in. I then had the discounts removed. I will be looking for a new coverage provider starting the new year based on this experience.
