I have spent almost 2 year trying to get paid on a claim made Dec. 2022. The claims adjuster keeps leaving and people do not get back to me. Last time I talked to someone, we talked about the replacement of a full wall built in book shelf. She has pictures and and invoice put said it needs to say paid in full. I was waiting on money to have work done as I can't afford to pay out of pocket. Same is true for 3 piece sectional sofa that was taken away by water clean up people. I have been living without a sofa all this time. At this rate I have contacted contrator as I am sure prices have gone up and need a new estimate.

Often times I don't hear back when I send questions, or its super delayed. For my last renewal I had to ask 3 times for updated comparison quotes before that was done

I had already recommended HomeServices to family and now I wish I didn’t. The rates on my car insurance went through the roof. I was never really given a reason why. I never had a claim, no accidents or anything. So I shopped around and saved $1,500 a year with a competitor. I received better coverage. I shopped with three different companies and I couldn’t make them anywhere near as high as HomeServices no matter what I did. It was initially a good value but got ridiculously expensive. The IntelliDrive app is a joke too. It doesn’t know who is driving or whose vehicle you are in. Never again.

She took an important part of my coverage off and forgot to add it back, which I literally confirmed with a claims consultant from Travelers Insurance, the policy she sold me. The vendor that you assigned to my broken air conditioning couldn't come for almost a month. That is crazy in this kind of heat. So I had to use my own source that cost me 200 dollars. And you kept sending me emails asking how the vendor was when they haven't even been to the house yet. Why would you use SEARs when they have one of the worse reputations in the industry?
