I bought this as a seller. There has been no follow up. I have no idea what's happening. Apparently its only good for two weeks. They advertised they would automatically approve a claim for key change. It wasn't obvious in the advertising that there was a $100 charge.
It is easy to get help when needed, and always courteous customer service.
The gentleman I worked with was SO helpful. He reached out to the mortgage holder for me to try and resolve a problem I was having and continued to stay in touch until it was resolved.

I have yet to actually get an answer to my question. I asked to get a rate discount for a security system MONTHS ago. Never was I given confirmation of rate change. Or what the difference was. My bank is telling me my escrow actually went up not down.
I haven’t had to use any coverage yet so not sure if I have any issues otherwise.

I have not needed to use your services yet as nothing has happened to my home since I have owned it. However, my homeowners insurance did go up, so don't appreciate that and will be actively looking for other insurance options.

Considering that my insurance company used HomeServices as an agent to deny approving the replacement of my damaged 22 year old roof after we have paid in well over $60,000 in premiums, I can't say that it was a positive experience.
Erin took time to review my current policies and was able to get me the same coverage through a different provider at a better rate. Erin also gave me in-depth information on the comparable policies so I could make a well informed decision. We did have one mistake on a vehicle both of us missed, but we were able correct our error before I signed the documentation moving to the new policies.

I got a notice that my new mortgage company did not have my insurance coverage I have talked to 2 different people and both have said it is taken care of and I just got a notice today saying still do not have insurance on my property. I just paid over $300 to reinstate my insurance. I am so upset. No one seems to care

I called the office like 5 times over a 3 day period including leaving a voicemail and still couldn't get a hold of anyone. Also, my rate has nearly doubled in 2 years.
After the sale of property, canceled the policy. Signed document electronically 8/16. Policy hadn't been canceled as of 10/9. Called and left multiple messages and sent multiple emails in that time period with no response. Only received a response after an email was received to update mortgage information and I asked for a call to make the update. Hopefully Policy is now canceled and refund being sent.

It takes multiple days to get any type of response if you get one at all. I've been waiting for four days to hear back from a rep just to get a lien holder updated in my auto insurance. There's no self service either.
