Premiums have gone up astronomically in just over 2 years. No explanation or heads up. So disappointed. I know everything is more expensive but receiving a renewal with no explanation of the significant increase is disappointing to say the least.
Prompt response
There appears to be no coordination between the local agent and home office. Multiple requests from insurance companies for additional documents already provided. Policies in effect on dec 1, received request via email to complete documentation for application dec 19.

Hard to get a clear answer from people. I called yesterday to try to speak with a claim to representative about a broken windshield from a rock and was transferred to the wrong person I had to call twice and was still not happy with the abrupt way I was treated.

Really appreciated everything ... we had some back and forth and finally ended up with the insurance that was the best fit. Having said that, think there was an opportunity or 2 for agent to "fight" harder for us, maybe minimizing the amout of back and forth. In the end it was the luck of the draw that she got a different underwriter on the phone that last time and they finally approved us when previous underwriter was asking for more. Overall very happy though!

The rates and coverage on the new quote was 100% better. The service was very efficient.
I installed an ADT Security system in my home back in 2020. I have asked my agent and his team to update my homeowners insurance several times since then so it would be noted on my account for discount purposes. They have yet to make the update so not impressed.
Very poor customer service. Honestly rude communication and zero effort to retain me a customer after my rates skyrocketed year over year.

You guys are apparently unable to contact my mortgage lender directly, leaving me to act as the middle man. This has caused me to have to pay out of pocket for insurance premiums.

It seemed to me that I always got the run around. Said they explored other insurance but could not find a lower rate. I found a lower rate and went with it. I never felt good about the communication, thought it was lacking.

The personalization and follow-up.
My ACH payment form sent in with higher amount than was on the form I signed and I was not informed. The effective date was wrong and the payment went through to Progressive and to thsi date I am still waiting for my money to be returned to my bank.
Bruce Creller worked with me long distance. I appreciate all his efforts. Will remain to be seen how my new homeowners insurance company is to work with.
