Premiums have gone up astronomically in just over 2 years. No explanation or heads up. So disappointed. I know everything is more expensive but receiving a renewal with no explanation of the significant increase is disappointing to say the least.
Prompt response
There appears to be no coordination between the local agent and home office. Multiple requests from insurance companies for additional documents already provided. Policies in effect on dec 1, received request via email to complete documentation for application dec 19.

Hard to get a clear answer from people. I called yesterday to try to speak with a claim to representative about a broken windshield from a rock and was transferred to the wrong person I had to call twice and was still not happy with the abrupt way I was treated.

Really appreciated everything ... we had some back and forth and finally ended up with the insurance that was the best fit. Having said that, think there was an opportunity or 2 for agent to "fight" harder for us, maybe minimizing the amout of back and forth. In the end it was the luck of the draw that she got a different underwriter on the phone that last time and they finally approved us when previous underwriter was asking for more. Overall very happy though!
