Would rather have one agent within local community, not one for adding policies and another for renewing with neither local. Someone should have proactively altered me and explained why my annual homeowner policy premium is more than doubling.

I’ve been a great customer for over 10 years. We recently had to add our 16 year old daughter to our auto insurance plan. We have all been good drivers without any tickets, accidents or claims. The rates you quoted were $1,000/yr higher than another insurance co that I ended up going with. Why would you try and screw me like that when I’ve been such a good customer for so long?? You’ll be out of business soon treating good hard working American citizens like that.
