it takes a really long time to get things done. our agents seem like very nice people, but usually business is accomplished in weeks/months not days. I usually have to follow up multiple times.

Communication with the customer and amongst the Prosperity team needs improvement improvement.

Would rather have one agent within local community, not one for adding policies and another for renewing with neither local. Someone should have proactively altered me and explained why my annual homeowner policy premium is more than doubling.

It was nice to work with someone who actually read and explained policies and why one was better than another. They also found us insurance in LA when no one was writing policies anymore because of the fires, which was a noteworthy accomplishment. Highly recommend.
