I was completely satisfied. Everyday when they came out, and left, it was completely spotless. I was exceedingly happy.

From start to finish it was a pleasure working with everyone from Hometown Contractors! We highly recommend them.

We used Hometown to screen in our back porch. From the initial contact with the receptionist to the final product, we could not be more pleased. Leon came out to our house on a Saturday to write up the contract and was very personable and explained everything we needed to know. We were originally quoted two to three weeks; however they had a cancellation and was able to complete our project 2 1/2 days after signing the contract! The end results were great and I would highly recommend HTC!!!

The reason that we put 0 on the work done right the first time was that the work people actually did not put up the proper amount of supports that we had agreed upon and paid for. My husband caught this before they left, and asked them to correct this. They did so, but were not happy to do this since it was a very hot day. There possibly was not the right communication given to them , even though we had the drawing and information written in our contract that my husband showed the head workman.

The staff and the initial planners were extremely professional and helpful. They were very helpful throughout and they left the site very clean after each day. They handled all the details with minimum input from me. They were also extremely personable and addressed all of my concerns immediately.

Having Hometown Contractors replace our windows was one of the best home improvement decisions we have ever made. We love our high-quality windows. They are easy-care vinyl, but with detailing that gives the impression of wood. We also got an insurance benefit from the wind mitigation properties.

They came and looked at what I needed and gave me an estimate. They did work for that estimated cost. There were just a few little hiccups, but outside that they did good work.

This was my second time using them and I chose them again because of the good work they did the first time. I was not disappointed!

Their windows and storm doors are top quality. Some of their other products I'm not satisfied with like the vinyl shutters which are not a quality shutter and the owner of the company told me that. I talked to him about that and he said he wouldn't do it. It has nothing to do with Hometown Contractors it's just the company that provides it. The windows and doors you can't beat the warranty. It's for 10 years and if anything happens they will replace it no matter what and it's lifetime after that. First you would have to go through your homeowners insurance and if they don't cover it they will.

I am totally enjoying my new screened in porch. The only disappointment I had is that when the job was done, I noticed in the newspaper ad that I could have been offered a 'Senior' discount. This was not mentioned at all. I did ask about it after the installation and was told it had to be requested at the time the contract was signed. We were discussing so many things at that time that it didn't occur to me to ask. If there is a chance that I could receive this discount returned to me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help with this.

I was very pleased with my experience with HTC. From the beginning contact all transactions were conducted in a professional manner. All of my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. All special requests weremet. As the project progressed and unexpected issues were discovered, the installers problem solved along the way. The workers were on time each day and worked very hard. The removal of the existing windows was a challenge. I expected and dreaded damage to my custom woodwork. The workers tried to prevent as much as possible damaging the woodwork, but some damage did occur. A painter was provided following the installation of the new windows to deal with touching up the damage created by the new installation. Now I have beautiful windows. I enjoy the "clear view" provided by the windows, and I can tell the house is tighter and quieter. I waited for several years to make a decision about replacing the 35 windows in our house. I had many questions about the brand and quality of windows on the market today. I had many questions about companies that sell and install replacement windows in our area. While there are many reputable companies and many brands of windows to select from in our area, I chose HTC for our replacement windows.

It was exactly what we wanted. It's the greatest thing that has happened to us lately.

The gentleman that sold us the unit told us there would be two more jets in it than there actually was. He wasn't trying to mislead us. It turns out the tub a little bigger than ours does have the jets. Our tub is very small. We would have possibly made arrangements to get a larger one if we had ever used them before. Overall, we are very happy.

It was everything I expected and more.

They installed a walk in shower for us and a screen room. Some of their sheet rock work in the bathroom is not satisfactory. Also, they took all of the dirty away for the concrete but did not put it back. I'm still trying to get that work done.

It is a scary world when you have to do a major home improvement. My experience with hometown contractors was nothing short of superior. These aren't the folks you think about calling. These are the people you call first. They are professional. The job site is cleaned every day. The windows they installed (about 30 in my case) are great. The Sheetrock repair and caulking was perfect. They did EXACTLY what we wanted. We are happy happy customers!
