Phone answering systems and turn around time need to be streamlined... I was chasing my agent and the information needed for a month- very time consuming on my end. But the best product was found and credit card accepted in adequate time to keep me on the road at a good price as well as insured...service was painfully slow (3/4)and flawed but end results(9+ excellent)!! Agents always pleasant & professional in person when reached.

Annual rate has increased significantly. No longer competitive. Filed a claim last summer. Neighbors had same/similar wind damage. Mine was the only one denied. Had coverage through Trident for 10+ years and first claim was denied. I can't trust them to be there when I need them.

I was told I should be happy with the home insurance renewal proposal I received. No effort by your agent to see if there was a better alternative. I was able to shop my insurance, increase my coverage by 2.4x and barely pay more than the renewal rate you thought was such a great deal. No real reach out by your agency ahead of renewal to discuss alternatives. Zero customer service.

I had a women back in to me in the parking lot and had trouble calling my Reese Nicholas agent. When Ashley didn't return my call, I finally called Travelers directly. They were very helpful, but unfortunately the women who backed in to me had an insurance company that was in bankruptcy proceedings and j ended up having to have Travelers pay for the repair. First accident I've ever had in 55 years of driving, not my fault and my insurance rate went up over $200 for the year and we lost our good drivers rate. Disappointed in Travelers for sure.

The website is easy to understand, your agents and customer service associates are very helpful. They were able to find a policy that fit my need and budget and still have good coverage
