You need to be upfront about timing and terms. The factory delivered the wrong screen door suggesting better quality control at the warehouse is required.the second door off the living room required modifications in place to have it lock requiring your team to spend an extra 90 minutes to finalize that installation.

The staff at HomeFix did an excellent job providing extensive information on the great quality of the windows. There was no pressure and all of my questions were answered. I feel that I made the best decision!

This project is the second major home remodeling job we've had done with HomeFix. First was 20 windows; second was a new front door. The crews they send out are professional and do meticulous work. I was very concerned with the front door installation as our interior is trimmed in detailed wood that is connected from top to bottom. It would've changed our entire look if not done well. Kenneth and his partner did an excellent job taking care of the entire job.

I don't have many people ask me for advice about home remodeling projects, so I can't recommend.

I cannot comment on this aspect because I have no experience with home improvement whatsoever and obtain MOST OF my homeowner knowledge from watching the Evening news (locally) and learning of Contractor jobs 'gone wrong'.

We were surprised HomeFix did not display signage in front of our home while the job was performed or have the installation crew's truck branded up heavily with "HomeFix Remodeling" logos, etc.

It seems like a missed opportunity these days to not be 105% on top of the self-promotion aspect of things!

Put signs up on the day off installation and have the salesperson collect those when they visit for a, 'Are you satisfied?' visit 2 or 3 days later.

The gutter installation crew and Casey who came out to analyze the job were all PHENOMENAL! Casey understood the issues we were having immediately. The installation crew were friendly, pleasant, and really knew what they were doing (this was the 3rd house on which I've replaced gutters). Gutter work was completed quickly and very efficiently. It was a pleasure to watch a team work that smoothly. They worked with me to assure that downspout placement met my requirements. They did a beautiful cleanup job too! Would I recommend them? In a heartbeat!
