Minimize the paperwork, make the phone calls more effective. ie, a text when the crew is on the way, the salesman could let you know if 4 others are calling regarding additional information

Currently in process of settling issue regarding installation. My instructions were not followed, as agreed. My security doors were removed & I wanted them to remain. No mailbox in new door (which would not have been at issue if my instructions were followed). My brother has since hung a new mailbox. I'm going out of town tomorrow & have expressed thru calls, messages & email to customer Care that I fear for the safety of my home while I'm away. I've requested via calls several times & finally got a return message from Mr. Alexander that someone will come by today 11-18-25, btwn 2-4p.

When sending crews out to work, make sure that they can communicate with the homeowners.

I am very, very satisfied with the work HomeFix did.

Pricing was confusing and pretty high, once we saw what we were getting versus what we were expecting.

We have been trying for several days to reach someone within the hierarchy of HomeFix from the main office here in Richmond, and we're getting no response because we have some legitimate questions and issues that have not been closed, so we're not at all pleased, and at this point, we would not recommend HomeFix to anyone.

Great quality windows!

The work was done well, but there were a few bumps in the road. Also, thw crew didn't adequately clean up the site, and we had to call to have the extra materials picked up from the yard.

Speed of install with good quality of work.

Workers did not cover up my window AC. So I placed a towel over it when I heard debris falling on it. I found at least 3 roof tiles that wasn't laying down flat. Brought it to their attention and it was fixed. The roof vent appears to have a dip in it. Did not see it right away before work crew left.

The price was high. It's a premium product, so I understand it.

When they first installed the door, it wasn't installed correctly, and they had to come back out.

The installation went well but I have a concern that seem to be dismissed. I now have someone comming to my home to address my concern. Hopefully that person can explain and cause my issue to be corrected.
