Our experience started with John at our door. He was very nice, easy to talk with and knowledgeable. He called in to get our appointment time and date! Adam was our salesman and he was easy to get along with, answered all our questions, showed us the materials to be used, price and financing options
We had been thinking about getting a new roof and gutters but had not planned on saying yes that night. Kenny used to do roofs so he knew the quality of all the materials. Because of John, Adam, the presentation and materials, we said yes!

The sales representative should have names and telephone numbers of key personnel working for the company in the event of any problems.

There were a few promises that were not kept.

The installation was done quickly and professionally by a very good crew. I am very satisfied with the whole job.

Work was completed satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Supervisor also followed up by on-visit to see completed project.

The workers were very knowledgeable, though we had a problem with the way the outside and inside came together. It was put together with former pieces that didn't fit because the windows were different size. Corners were not matched. There are gaps and holes where the water could go out. That appearance was not good, and they said they couldn't do it as we wanted. The material was not explained to us.

I was not happy. They painted outside the metal trim. They did not do what they said they would in the beginning. I was overcharged. The quote wasn't the same as what I originally received.

The sales rep was very personable, knowledgeable, and made the process very easy!

They have been very good to work with. The quality of the product was what we discussed, and there were no surprises. That is a welcome thing when dealing with contractors.

Still waiting for the project supervisor to walk the job with me and answer my questions. Called a month ago and said he would be by the next week or the following week. Contacted the local office two weeks after this and they said they would send somebody out. Still waiting.

I appreciated how patient they were when there was a misunderstanding with the roof color and how nice they were about changing the color. Their beautiful attitude meant a lot to me.

Windows were measured incorrectly the first time and had to be returned. It took twice as long to get them installed, therefore! Small weep holes were not included in final installation….for front window. That being said, everything else seems just great and I love the windows

Outstanding Performance, professional, communicated information. Over all I definitely would recommend this company.

They were very good. The windows look good, the wrap looks good, they took their time, and did an all around good job.

Our experience was five stars except that we had to initiate a lot of the communication about status updates and scheduling confirmation. All employees were super helpful and professional when contacted. The install crew was especially fantastic. We are very pleased with the overall quality of the product and service.

From the consultation to the completion of the project, I was very satisfied with this company. They did quality work, and I would use them again for my next project.

We were promised that the presentation would take 45 minutes to 1 hour. The salespeople arrived at 3 and left at 8. Then after saying no to purchasing anything because it was out of our budget, the time kept ticking. I wouldn’t recommend because of the length of the presentation and the false promise for a reasonable amount of time it would require, also, the price was out of our budget.

The process of getting my new roof was well organized, and ran smoothly for the duration. The sales person was quite knowledgeable, and answered all questions that I had adequately. The installers showed up on time on the appointed day, and completed the work that evening. they went over the job site several times at the end to ensure proper clean up. Overall a very professional and stress-free experience.
