The salesman told me that it was a requirement to buy additional windows to avoid an up charge. He suggested that I could just not have the window installed. He wrote the contract this way even though I preferred paying the up charge.
Was there an upcharge?
The staff was very professional and cleaned up after installation of my windows. Our salesperson was super knowledgeable and really did a wonderful job of educating us on the product!
I was scheduled to get my home remodeled late summer / early fall, but they got all the parts early and came in right away. I was notified that one window was missing and they will try to get it done before days end and they did not fail. By lunch time the missing window was delivered and everything was installed. We had one little hick up in one of the rooms. The new window latch was broken. They immediately got the repair service on the phone and schedule to repair it ASAP. The repair guy came out within 48 hrs and now I have all new windows. Easiest remodel I ever went through.

This company has been top notch the entire time. Every single thing I’ve been told would happen along the way actually has, just as promised. The final product is beautiful and the installation team was nothing but professional and hard working. My husband and I could not be happier with the job they did.

Everything about their work was very nice, EXCEPT they left a lot of trash, including chicken bones and other trash from their lunch, on my front porch.

Many people who are looking to upgrade have already heard about them from me. Their work is outstanding. They were quick and tidy. I'm happy with the results, and the installation has gone smoothly. They completely redecorated the house. I would contact them again if I had further jobs. The next project I'm considering is doors.

We started this project 15 months ago and were told it should take 6-8 weeks. The Sales consultant we worked with left the company, then the designer we were working with left the company, then the next person left as well and by this point we did not know who was the point of contact and would not hear back for weeks or months when we inquired about anything. Our shower base broke TWICE and delayed the project over 6 months and when the project FINALLY started the installation crew was not aware of changes and addendums that happened so they were missing more parts and we are still waiting for them to finish.
They are very professional and courteous with their service.
