The entire experience in shopping for windows with Homefix was truly a good one. From the professionalism of the sales representatives presentation, clarification on the process and products, to the financing options and the competitive pricing, the flexibility of the schedulers working with our schedules, and the actual installation, it was truly a good experience.
It was a great job, they were friendly and careful around the house with the doors. I am very pleased.
They were a little pricey.
All the money I'm paying for the door. The lock was supposed to be none pick But have been picked.
I would be likely to recommend HomeFix Remodeling. They offered quality products along with quality installation with a knowledgeable and professional team. Excellent customer service as well’
There was some confusion about what was expected to be done. Rushing to complete the job cause mistakes and errors.
HomeFix Custom Remodeling Richmond did a good job on the roof. I cannot take that from them. They left items here that I have no use for, which is ridiculous. I understand the siding they left, but why did they leave the tacks that they use with a certain machine? I am being charged for them, and I do not think it is necessary.
Quality product (windows) installed. Nice features on the windows.
I like that they showed up at 6:45 am when it was way below freezing, and worked hard, stayed on task, and stayed until it was too dark to be safe !
I was pleased with the work, just upset because no one spoke English and there was no foreman, so it was hard to communicate.
The guy was polite responding with do you have anything questions quick on the feet
We already HAVE recommended your company to neighbors! Your company is easy to recommend because of the outstanding service rendered!
Try nice, respectful salesman and installer came to the house at different times. The installer came when promised and did a fabulous job. The new gutters look wonderful
Took longer than 4 hours. Lattice under porch broken, glass and dirt in driveway
I wish we had known about them sooner. We have put off getting gutters because we didn’t know who we could trust. They are awesome and would highly recommend them.
Great company salesman were great no complaints about workers or job done and my house is much warmer!
I would not give them any opportunity to do a job for other houses. They only put three to four screws, and they didn't put the panel correctly.
Will be telling my family and friends on what a great job you all did.
They were here before scheduled time of arrival
The over all experience was thourough and efficient….
Arrived on time, did work as planned, cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased.
My husband and I were very pleased with the way it was all cleaned up, and they answered our questions when we asked.
This was a very easy and pleasant experience for me. These guys did a great job, very clean and well done. Extremely professional. I’m very excited
They were very professional.
The installation work went very well, and Andrew - the crew leader - was very professional and knowledgeable. My issue was with the exorbitant price we were charged for a fairly small amount of labor and material to replace an outside sill on 2 windows. A woodpecker drilled a hole into the corner so the wood underneath was degraded - no other problem with the windows. The installation department's pricing guidelines for any additional work were the big problem. I saw exactly the small piece of wood cut to replace the old, and saw the labor involved. After spending over $20,000.00, it seemed shabby to charge $530.00 extra for that small about of work and material. This was after one of the installation crew set something heavy right on top of a planted Chrysanthemum, breaking two-thirds of the branches off, and Kristen in the office would not even consider paying for it! Another example that the crew leader advised me of was that if ANY of the brackets inside the window frames needed to be removed by the installation crew it would cost $25 PER WINDOW!!!! Crazy. My husband had previously done all of them and each one took about 1 minute to remove, so $25 seems pretty steep. It is difficult to contemplate recommending HomeFix to anyone after the horrible experience with Kristen, the office staff member with whom I dealt, AND the Sales Manager Michael Boucher, whom I contacted and sent photos to and never heard from him again, about the broken planting OR the high-priced fix of 2 sills. That lack of customer service is disgraceful, and definitely soured my experience with HomeFix.
