My new roof looks great. I can’t say enough about the crew that did this job. They worked hard and steady and completed this job, including a good cleanup in one day. It was a very smooth and stress free experience.

It was an awesome job.

When I was first told I would get the roof, it was supposed to cost a certain amount of money. I had to get it financed, and I agreed to it, but by the time it was done, they said they had to add money and refinance it with someone else. The interest rate went up and the payment went up, and I got roped in, and the payment was more than I was prepared for.

The installation went well, contractors were professional and windows look nice. I am pleased so far , only time will tell about the efficiency of new window installation.

Will NOT, sales guy knew nothing about the process. Contractor didn't even speak English. After the work was done I found companies offering a cheaper price.

Overall great experience. The sales person arrived on time, presented the product, explained payment options and answered all questions and concerns. The project proceeded to the measurement phase, the person arrived on time, conducted their business with minimal disruption and project an estimated time product would be available for installation. The sales/project coordinator provided timely updates during the process.

The installers arrived when promised, conducted their work in a timely manner. Made sure pets and household items were minimally disturbed and cleaned up afterwards.

The only two less than 5 star rating issues were, a miscalculation with one of the product sizes. When the correct product arrived only ONE installer was assigned the job. This was a high concern for the safety of the installer due to the hight of the project and weather conditions. This was resolved after the decision was made to delay installation until safety measures were able to be met for the installers. Timely updates to project were provided and the project was completed on the next day.

Additional business with this company is planned for future projects of this nature.
