There were some errors with the person with who I initially had the quote with and they wrote down or entered the incorrect parts, and I got a window that I technically didn't order, however, it worked out because I like the window. I would have liked more attention to detail, internally. There was a small error in measurement on two of the windows, it was a little too small for the opening; I could tell by the conversations they were having, but it looks alright, and they worked around it. They could have been better.

They sent someone to get measurements prior to ordering materials. While the opening was accurately measured, the interior molding is a full 1/2 inch short in width all the way around (they used 3" molding after deinstalling 3 1/2" molding). Notified the company of the discrepancy but have yet to receive a response.
The company made changes to the work order that were not negotiated in the initial contract and not authorized by the customer and considered breach of contract.
The only thing is that it's taken so long to get the project started, but other than that, they're pretty good. The first person who came out got an attitude when I didn't commit that day, and the second guy lied and said they wouldn't do the job. I had to call and complain.
They do good work but the salesperson lied to me.
