The windows look great!

Overall a decent experience with getting new windows. I do not agree with the fact that there is not an invoice that breaks down how my money was spent. It makes it so the contractor can just pop out a price without having an explanation of everything and I think this day and age- that should not be acceptable practice.

They came early, did exactly what they were supposed to do, and finished the work early. The windows look beautiful.

We had the roof put in, and they did a fantastic job. We didn't have any trouble with the workers, and so far it's doing okay.

The first day they got here, they had the wrong gutters. They fixed it right away and came back the next day with the correct gutters and got it done.

They did a good job putting the windows in. I wasn't prepared for all that changed. They told us we had to take blinds and curtains down. Now the holes we had before are not available so I have to try to find someone to help me get things back together.

I was sold custom fit windows. The windows don't fit right. Staff put a lot of foam and caulking to make windows fit.Staff broke window pane .Glass all over floor. Waiting for them to come back and finish fixing the window. Left window boarded with plywood. Ripped screen upon window installation on a different window. QC Mgr checked windows and left another window with plastic inside. Another left with turned twisted caulking at the bottom. And said he'd checked all the work and it was satisfactory. Told me I needed to sign the forms so he could close the claim. Said he be back to fix the broken window in 14 days along with the replacement screen. To have a God blessed day. My niece and I had expressed my disappointment with the windows not being custom fit. QC Mgr said my house had shifted. I brought the windows to have energy efficiency, noise cancelation according to the sales rep. I don't feel as though that's what I received for $16,880.I hope your company makes this right.

I am ecstatic over the work HomeFix Custom Remodeling Raleigh did on my roof. It really is good. I love it!

The salesperson was good; no pressure was involved. The crew came in and did a great job; they were in and out in no time.

Quality and installation were excellent. Front end communication lacked. Support just a couple weeks prior to installation was very good. Suggest setting better expectations on the front end regarding timeframes.

HomeFix Custom Remodeling did an excellent job. The windows are in nice and tight, and snug. I didn't have any issues. They already stated it would take a while for the windows to come in, but once they did, they installed four windows and did a wonderful job. However, there was a little hiccup. We wanted grids. On the first page, it said none, but on the second page, it said with grids. They hurried to rectify that and did a super job. I have no complaints.

I would recommend HomeFix Custom Remodeling; however, they damaged my driveway four by four edges, which needs to be fixed.

I have a new roof but still have rain coming through. I now have brown spots on my ceiling. Homefix have been notified but the problem has not been fix...but they have their money. Do not use this company

Friendly worker

The crew was friendly and punctual. They finished the job in a timely manner even with the bad weather. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

Not only were they on time they came earlier and allowed me to finish my requirements. They were friendly, respectful and very quick. Strictly business the entire time. Answered all my questions and very professional.

I don't know if my issue is with the company or the salesperson. The guy was very nice, but he quoted me $9,000 when it was supposed to be $7,000. They sent the wrong windows and had to send more windows to replace them. They did good work, but he broke the contract. Also, he said I wouldn't have to start making payments for a year, but that didn't happen either.

Great service and quality windows.

They were extremely convenient which was a big factor for me. They were canvassing the neighborhood as they were already completing a job in the area and approached me. As I had already been thinking about pursuing window replacements I was open to the idea. The sales reps were very friendly and had a great pitch, if a little tenacious on pushing for contract signature immediately. Which honestly that tactic probably benefited me as I may have let the opportunity pass me by due to my trepidation over committing to such a large house project. That first week following signature, they worked with me as I determined some nuances of the contract terms and made sure I was satisfied. The job was completed quicker than initially anticipated, from signature to install was only 6 weeks (and I’d been thinking it may be 8-10) so that was also a plus. I haven’t weathered a big storm yet so I can’t speak to the quality of the work (I kid, though it really hasn't rained since installation was completed this week) - it does look great, the trim that was added on the exteriors matches the house very well, my neighbors and HOA can attest.

They did a wonderful job. They were very respectful, professional, and quick. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I have a dispute with their bill, with the price I have to pay each month. I was told it would be a certain amount and would be a year before I get ready to pay anything, but I'm getting billed next month.

Quality of work was very good . Very expensive though . Was told that the roofers were HomeFix employees and they were not . They were independent contractors .
