I was suprised when windows were delivered. The color was wrong. The style was not what I was expecting. I asked not to install until I talked with Home Fix. I called left message. As soon as they opened I received a call from Sarah.. I explained the issues and said I would ok the installation: but, I felt an adjustment was needed in the contracted amount of money. I was concerned about resale complications Sarah, after researching, refunded money. The guys installing the windows were very impressive. John was very professional, also. Issues with the product was my only hang up. I thank all assisting with this issue.

The company were outstanding. They were professional, on time and provided quality work.

Pricing was confusing and pretty high, once we saw what we were getting versus what we were expecting.

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I think I’d rather tell people to stay away.

Order process was easy. Installers, arrived hours early, immediately to work. Removal done with little mess. New windows in place quickly. Crew of two worked well together, cleaned up completely and showed me all about the windows

I was happy with the work, but I do have some concerns. The crew worked quickly, maybe too quickly because they didn’t remove some of the rotten siding. Instead, they installed the insulation right over it. I regret not pointing this out at the time, but the whole point of replacing the siding was to address those damaged areas. I felt disappointed because the job cost was $17000.

Overall a decent experience with getting new windows. I do not agree with the fact that there is not an invoice that breaks down how my money was spent. It makes it so the contractor can just pop out a price without having an explanation of everything and I think this day and age- that should not be acceptable practice.
