I am very disappointed in the result having already spent nearly $14,000 on this system. The floor is beautiful, the storage system was measured and constructed incorrectly and would not fit into the space. Almost 3 months have passed, and we are still waiting for the completion of the job.

I liked working with the Sales representative and the installer did an excellent job. The cabinets and shelves are of high quality.

Would definitely recommend renuity floor coatings to anyone looking to get their garage floor done. It is so much nicer and much more durable-looking and feeling than epoxy. We were very happy with the install of our new garage floor, all the way from the sales rep to the installers to the financing. Everything worked out great and we couldn't be happier with the results!

The communication is very poor. I have a hard time to get any response. I already left 3 voicemails in the past two weeks to get an issue solved, which was promised to me to be addressed two weeks ago. I am still waiting for a response.

Install plans were not well coordinated between Cameron the salesman and Josh the installer. The right paint chips were not communicated so the original install dates had to be delayed. It worked out ok ✅

I've always wanted a custom closet and Closet America understood my vision and installed my dream closet. It's beautiful craftsmanship, sturdy, and worth the cost. I just increased the value of my home.

Waiting to get anew counter top. The first one had a flaw. Haven’t heard if I need to have everything removed before they come. One cupboard doesn’t work for me and don’t know if it will be replaced or not. Haven’t heard anything about it yet.

Initial installation was botched - blisters and areas with little or no top coat. Sandpaper rough surface many areas. Service manager ignored my many requests for remediation. Service group finally called after two weeks; scheduled a repair date then changed it AFTER I spent $700.00 to empty the garage! Sales would not give me a name or phone number of a person in charge. All in all, Reunity made a simple job into a horrendous chore. I have already advised three neighbors to avoid using Reunity for any home projects.

Better information about the process,

The installers were sloppy, messy, left drill bits in my driveway that could have caused tire damage and they did an incomplete job.

The technicians were very professional. Mike and his crew were knowledgeable about what they were doing and finishes the work in a timely manner.

The coating is still not ok - it's still not to the edges, there is dirt and mulch sealed into the coating and I don't think some sections are dried

Installation was very good but the rod brackets were wrong and a hook was missing so a second service call was required to complete installation. After not hearing from the office for two days, I called to schedule the follow up. Then I attempted to change the appointment but every time I called Customer Service, I was sent to voicemail. No one returned my call so I re-arranged my schedule to keep the follow-up appt. That appt was 6 days after the initial install and the closet was not ready for my overnight guests. Very frustrating.

The job is not complete and we have no idea when it will be. Not what was told to us by sales person.

The project was not completed due to a slope on one side of the closet floor. Was told there would be follow-up the next day and it has been 4 business days (not including Saturday + Sunday), with no official follow-up.
