Installation has now taken over 4 months and they’ve had to come 4 times due to incorrect measurements, bringing in not all the supplies, etc.

Quality for the money!

Overall I’m not satisfied with the whole process and quality of work. It was a month and a half by the time someone came out to do measurements and install and then fixes after the install. Felt like I was living in clutter for way too long and stressed about it.

The closets look nice, except once again they have to schedule a service call to repair mistakes and replace drawers

Surprisingly, the measurements were off in one of the three closets Closet America installed. The door will no longer fully open! The installer never mentioned the issue and I only discovered the issue a week after the install.

The product is beautiful but our porch was left covered in dust from ceiling to floor. I had to pay someone else $350.00 to have it cleaned

Incorrect measurements in the laundry room and still missing parts. It was a two-day job, so not really sure why we ended up with missing parts - a cabinet handle and the metal holders for a couple closet shelves.

I love the design and the extra space it created in my closet.

I am still waiting on someone to call me about a service appointment to fix the install. I met with Nick and he agreed they needed to do additional work to smooth out the surface of the installation.

My sales rep told me that my cabinets would go to the ceiling, and they do not. That's really my only issue.

My experience was great. The installer was professional and kind. My carport is so beautiful! A super nice upgrade to my home.

Michael (my designer) was great from beginning to end. I really wasn’t sure what would look good in the space, just that I wanted bookshelves. Michael came up with an awesome design that gave me a ton of additional storage as well as bookshelves. He walked me through envisioning my options and helped me make decisions about the different design elements. Also, my apartment is old - no such thing as a right angle or straight line in the whole place - but the installers made the unit fit seamlessly. I’ve gotten nothing but compliments from everyone who’s seen it.

I am in love with my closets! From the designer to installation, everyone was professional and friendly. My designer, Jen, really understood my needs and offered a great design within my budget. She was attentive and friendly throughout the process. The installation team (Darius and Ismael) were awesome as well.

It took longer than I was told, it's been two months when I was told it will be four weeks and the job isn't finish yet.
