The installers did not bring enough product to finish the job the first day

I liked that the installation was quick

I was satisfied with the finished work as I had expected. Jordan was very professional and completed the job exactly when he said it would.

The closets are excellent along with the workmanship.

I think the price is still very expensive for the size of the closet.

Install took 4-6 week and did not come with all the right pieces. Reached out multiple times to consultant who did not get back to me.

This is a great system and looks very nice. I gave it a 9 because some friends would only be interested in spending more money on a custom built in (so they could say it was a Built in) then going with this system.

Everything from the in-home consultation, to install was seamless.

We were very happy with the product and the pricing. It greatly improved our garage. We no longer have rain leaking in under the garage door. Also good communication between us and Reunity.

Technician kept us updated on the appointment and time of arrival; went over the plans for the closet; put sown blanket pads to protect our floors; performed the job to perfection; cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.

Although we had to keep postponing it due to the rain, they worked with me and finally got it done. The guys were very friendly and took their time to get it right and they did a great job.

The team that did the job was very thorough and explained the process fully and how to take care of it. It is the best product I've ever had on garage floors.

My design consultant was the best! She took time to listen to me and took careful measurements.

I have an issue due to the installation of the flooring. I have called customer service since May 19th at least 10 times. On June 22 Mr Marcus was schedule to come and he did not show up or called. Did not respond to my text message and though I have continued to call, they have not responded or resolve my issue. VERY DISSAPONTED!

I ordered and paid for silver clips on the rods. The installers didn’t have enough so they mixed the colors and told me someone will get back to me to set something up to get the ones that I ordered installed when I would be available for them to do it. No one from the company got back with me they dropped off the pieces for me to install myself. Remind you, I done paid around $7,000 for the closet and installation. I called customer service spoke to the manager and he told me he couldn’t credit me any of my money back, but he could give me $100 gift card. I felt terrible and insulted. The in home salesman was excellent he was knowledgeable about the business and was very professional. The closest still came out beautiful, you all just really need to work on your customer service

The initial process didn't leave a good impression from the door to door solicitation and the radio silence when I tried to cancel my contract. It took almost a year to resolve considering I'd paid a deposit.

They did a great job. I don't have enough time/experience to know how the product "holds up", but it looks good after the initial install for sure.

My designer Timothy Gray was awesome! He put a design together based on my the current design, I had at the time and made it fantastic. I am definitely pleased and overjoyed with the outcome of my dream Closet. I would definitely recommend him as well as reaching out to him for any further services that I may need. Thank you.
