Tim was great, but less great was trying to get anything handled after install. There is some damage from install & possibly a missing piece. Tim reached out to someone to contact us & when we tried calling back, we went to voicemail and never heard back. So we reached out again & still haven’t heard back.

I found after installation that I was charged for 2 hampers and only discovered the mistake after having the wrong one installed (from what I discussed during my consult). Waiting for a refund. Also waiting for a missing drawer face.

The service we received was top notch. We visited the showroom and received an appointment for estimate. Ms. Shelby was very professional and our appointment was informative. Measurements were taken for five closets and we selected the materials. The final measuring appointment was timely. Our installation took 2 days and was smooth.

I love my new closet! I have so much room now that the previous wasted space in my closet has been utilized. My only regret is that I did not call Closet America sooner.

Nice finished product

Job was not completed on time. Scheduled for Wednesday and Friday to do a garage, front porch, and patio. Staff was here only 4 hours working each day. Had no contact info for customer support and had to find number online. Kept getting transferred frim one line to snother because only name I had was Heaven. Was told they could not find my account or location of Heaven. Several phone calls made to discuss unfinished job. Heaven was not very supportive and seemed unconcerned. I finally heard from project manager and job was completed on Monday afternoon. I was lied to on multiple occasions about not enough material to complete garage on Wednesday and would complete on Friday. Same story Friday not enough materials to finish job. Trey said they would be back on Saturday and was no show. Trey called 7:10 am Sunday and said they would have been here but since voicemail was what he got he guess I was still asleep. I returned call and left voicemail stating I was in the shower and he could come. No response. Not trustworthy or reliable

All aspects of the project, from the saleswoman who designed our closets, the communications from the office, and the professionalism of the installers were very professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

It took the first crew 3 days to do the garage. Only worked 2 to 3 hours each day instead of the whole day. The warehouse manager sent the wrong color and after it was applied saw it was the wrong color.
Second crew was great! Did both front and back porches in one day. Only took them 3 hours. Super guys.
