I've used closet America twice. Both times similar experiences. Able to see the design before you purchase. Quality of the materials used is good. The finished look is pleasant and I believe there is good value.

The garage crew knocked my door sensors off line. I COULD NOT GET MY GARAGE DOOR TO CLOSE. I had pay a garage service crew $100 to repair. Marcus GORDON ASKED ME TO PAY FOR THE WORK DONE AND ADVISED CLOSET AMERICA WOULD PAY FOR REPAIRS caused by the company. ONCE GORDON GOT HIS MONEY, HE REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS. Second, one of the closest america employees smelled like. Marijuana.

The custom closets fit perfectly and thus far are holding up well. My capacity for clothes and accessories was doubled and I makes my closets look like fashion malls of old - clean and organized and accessible.
