Would have been great to have it completed on the first day. Had scheduled to be off to finish putting furniture back but couldn’t due to work not being completed. Crew was very nice and respectful. I understand things happen but it has been an inconvenience. Work started on a Friday completed on Wednesday.

Good quality. But too expensive

The team was eager to get things done. My family was shocked with how fast and yet precise and such good quality of material.

Renderings more user friendly

It was a lot of money for what we got and did not accomplish what I had hoped to accomplish. Very disappointed in the overall layout and plan and the things that were missing. Now I have to clean out closets all over again and have them come back and fix what was wrong. Unnecessary use of my time.

The quality is great

I always standing in my closet not knowing what to wear because half of my clothes are in boxes, with this new closet upgrade, I’m now able to see what I have in a quick glance, making clothes wearing selection process much easier and I can optimize my outfit. I’m so happy I upgraded my closet with closet America! The quality is phenomenal!

My first experience with closet America was amazing! My most recent experience was not as good. There were several mistakes made by the installers. Installers placing my bookshelves on the wrong wall, covering over outlets that were to remain uncovered via design plans, installers asking questions that should have been included in the notes from the designer.

Job well done

The floor color is something like Creek bed. It is so realistic my Cybertruck goes into Wade mode and raises the suspension to be able to Wade in 35” of water.

Victoria Satinsky assessed my needs perfectly and made it happen. Great job.

The team was very professional and friendly. I was disappointed because measurements of the boards weren't taken correctly so the installer needed to cut all the boards to correct length and the measurements didn't include the light switch. The company had to revisit my house to fix that mistake and then are coming again because glue wasn't on the truck to completely finish the job.

My experience may not be common, but I would inform anyone interested the mishaps that did occur.

The installation was beautifully done. Jonathan was my first installer. He was professional and very polite. His work was impeccable. I had another gentleman come out to finish the job because I had not cleared the third closet properly. I received another appointment without issue. Again the work was beautifully done.

I liked that when we had an issue with the design Closet America quickly took steps to correct our issues.

Although the products themselves are great, the process of getting the right design/configuration fell far short.

I absolutely love my new closets.

IN particular, our sales rep, Karen Rankine, was superb. Not only did she win us over with her wonderful personality and expertise (just after a very rude experience with your competitor), but her continued responsiveness through change orders and follow-up was top notch. Highly impressed by the quality of the wardrobe components and custom details such as the accommodating our existing shoe molding. The two gentlemen installers were very professional and quick. IN all, the entire experience was wonderful and your product has greatly enhanced our home.
