The inspector quoted replacing some of the wood planks on my roof. However, none of the planking was replaced. I was not offered any compensation for the material and labor for which I was charged. Also, the sub-contractors needed to use newer tarps around my house to catch nails. Three weeks later and I'm still picking up nails around my property. I was expecting some nails from the project, however the number of nails I am finding more than I would expect.

As a first time home buyer, this experience was horrendous. Between the work not being done correctly the first two and three times, the railing already coming apart, empty promises, potentially a new leak in the front of my home that hasn’t yet created visible damage but there’s clearly internal, gaps in the siding now, and so many other things… I would not recommend home Genius.
