The roof looks beautiful and I am hoping that it works like it looks.

I liked the work that they did, but they did some damage to my flowers. I spent a lot of money on them and they didn't let me know that they damaged them. I feel that it was very unprofessional.

We had some issues with quality that eventually got rectified about a month later.

I gave them four stars because the salesperson made a promise that the cost would be one price, but it turned out to be different. At the end of the project, the salesperson was talking with the crew manager that came out to have me sign off on the work. However, I told them that I did not want to sign it because I did not want to pay the price and that I was told a different cost initially, but they worked with me on that. I felt bad that the salesperson did not end up getting a commission on the sale, but I called them to get siding work done. When I called, they said that they would not be able to do the siding until the roof was replaced, but I am unsure of how true that was. I was pushed into getting the roof replaced instead of the siding work I really wanted.

They did a good job!

You guys are super expensive. That should take the headache out of making sure the job is done correctly. It should mean top notch customer service. That is not what I received.

From the initial meeting to the finishing of the job everything was handed with the highest level of professionalism.

Communication throughout the entire process was a plus for me, from the foreman (Nick) to individuals working in the office that contacted me via email. The entire staff that worked on my home as well as the two representatives that came to my home to offer the free inspection and the sales rep.(Chris).

Give your best up front pricing from the beginning. I was close to refusing the offer.

I had a conversation with the coordinator about that. Home Genius Exteriors is not a for people who are looking to minimize their price, and it's not for everybody. For people who can afford it, they're great, and I will recommend them, but they have to be mindful for people who can afford. I highly recommend them because they were great, and we're excited with the new look as well as the insulation it's giving us.

They arrived on the scheduled time.
