Our roof shingles were lifted when the men came to replace the rakes and the fascia boards and we were told they would go down prior to 30 days. That did not happen so we have several places where the shingles are lifted and going into winter. Not happy. We were told that inside the attic boards would be sistered to damaged boards and that was not done. I felt pressured to get it done by the 2 men representing your company-Garret Carson and the other guy he called that night.

Salesman told us his crew would be easy to communicate with and able to do a great job with the little details. Crew did not speak English most days and little details were extremely sloppy. Nails left all over yard, dumpster parked in garden. Cactus trampled beyond saving. Workers showing up to "fix" things without any notice. Many many things I wouldn't expect when spending 35k. A partial refund would feel appropriate after not receiving the experience I was sold.

The salesperson and crew supervisor know their stuff. They made sure things were correct.

I thought the customer service and the follow up was great. At the very end however, I followed up with the project manager regarding a coupon I was supposed to receive. I did not hear back for some time and when I finally did he said he was no longer with the company. I contacted my salesperson who was able to give me the number to another project manager. After reaching out to him, he stated that because the service was done after Sept 3rd that I would not be able to receive the coupon. The service was put in at the end of August though but because it was done it September I did not receive my $500 off.

The work was exceptional! There is a definite difference. When it rains, you can't hear it at all, which lets me know there are more layers put on the roof. I am really satisfied with the workmanship, staff, and everyone. They are really good at what they do.

I didn't rate five stars because I don't normally go out recommending things.

I’m not sure if I would recommend this company. It’s mainly because of the delay in getting the job completed.

The gentleman that worked with me, Johnathan Scoggins was so helpful and was absolutely going to find a way for me to get my roof that I wanted. He also was willing to talk to my son so that my son could get an understanding of what kind of work would be done And to make sure it fit in my budget.

The replacement of my roof was done in a very timely manner and has enhanced the overall appearance of my home

Roofing job was completed in one day as promised but roofing nails and tacks have been found in the yard even after workers returned as requested to go over the yard again.

They should check the price. I didn't get three bids like I normally do. The quality of work was excellent.

Communication, workmanship, adherence to schedule and work ethic were all top notch!!!

I've already submitted a survey but I'll do another. Honestly no change in my opinion. This was the worst experience that I have ever had.

Home Genius Exteriors - Richmond were very professional, and the project was done in a timely manner.

Of the 3 exterior efforts Roof fell short. French door and Gutters were excellent.

Quality and capability excellent

They did excellent a work and an excellent cleanup.
