They had the lowest price out of the bids that I had. The sales people were very good and inciteful. They were informative, but I wasn't too pleased with the guy that does the project. He hasn't gotten back to me.

I would not recommend them to a friend, not so much the installation department, but the firewall trying to communicate with someone is why I wouldn't recommend them. The salesman didn't do all of his work and had to bring me back the contract since I didn't have a printer and he never did that. There were additional pages of the contract that he didn't show me.
