The roofers disconnected our Direct TV antenna and we couldn't get any service. We had to call out our Direct TV service man. He stated that normally the roofing company will call Direct TV to tell them they are doing a roof install, and they will cover the reconnection fee. We had to pay $159 to get our Direct TV recalibrated with the channels. Home Genius Exteriors should have handled that. I submitted a request to Home Genius Exteriors and I have not heard back from them. Also, I went upstairs in our attic and the installers left a lot of debris and nails all over the floor, and garments that are stored in our attic. I didn't expect that. I expected them to go back up there and clean up the mess they made.

They had the lowest price out of the bids that I had. The sales people were very good and inciteful. They were informative, but I wasn't too pleased with the guy that does the project. He hasn't gotten back to me.
