I was never given anything saying what the price of things were . I’m on a fixed income and now I have a 30,000 loan hanging over my head because if I knew that your prices were so high I would never have had this company do the job. 200.00 for a board to put on my roof.

From the salesman to the completion of the job all employees were respectfully and knowledge. The installation of my roof was professional installed.

They quoted 20,000 then dropped to 12,000. During installation a quality control person called and said I needed fascia and soffits for an additional 4800 or they would not warranty the work. I believed the quote included everything to begin with. I would never recommend this company

I'm still missing a piece of facia the was supposed to be installed

I was very happy with the time schedule from when I signed up to when the roof was completed. Workers were great, they cleaned up the mess as they went along, everyone I spoke with was very professional and personable.

Your sales representative gave a a quote promising things were included in the price. The contract was never sent to us to look over and then what we expected to be included in the price was not. Very deceptive. Very disappointing. When we asked to speak to him directly, he never called.
