The process was a bit clunky with all the handoffs and the workers were not careful as they damaged several bushes and a landscaping light.

There were scratch marks on my walkways front and back which they did try to remove and my driveway light was broken which they did replace and I have a broken storm window which I need to replace.

Strong workmanship by arriving at 6AM through 6PM all two days. Very courteous workers who took care not to damage property. All showed respect to me and my wife as homeowners.

Not a smooth roof

Salesman stated that a Supervisor would be onsite for the entire process, which was not the case. Salesman also said that Home Genius did not subcontract any of the work. Not sure if that was the case as none of the actual roofers spoke English. Despite this, the workmanship was good and team worked quickly.

Quality products used, great workmanship and warranties on both product and workmanship. The roof install was so fast!! Starting at 8am and cleanup done by 4:30pm. Pretty incredible process.

I would recomend you for window replacement.

The job was supposed to take 3 days.
They didn't finish the job, and " ghosted" us for 2 weeks when I tried calling them to find out when they were going to finish the job.
They did eventually finish the job. After we posted a complaint to the BBB.. ( Then ask us to remove the complaint because it would affect the supervisor's chance at getting a promotion)
The roof to the basement entrances was done very sloppily, and left a gap , leaving wood exposed which we will have to fix .
Also, we are still cleaning up slate pieces
from the roofs, metal bits from the gutters, and 2 coils of roofing nails, plus single nails ( most of which was either on the driveway or out in the open)
Some of thee shingles are uneven with the pieces next to them.
They were careless with where they were throwing the stuff from the roofs causing damage to the deck railing, and hitting the air conditioner ( the latter of which we haven't had a chance to check if it is still working)
Not only will we not recommend your company, but we have discouraged others from hiring you.

The people who came to my house all the way through the process were extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of the materials was very good. The workmanship was great.

Roof has leaked since it was installed. Interior damage now and still is not been repaired. Very frustrating.

I would recommend this company because they made us fill like they were concerned with what we were concerned about and they made us feel at ese about the total project.

The company & service were oversold by the salesman, who has since been released.

While they were very quick to get us scheduled, no one on the install team spoke English which made communicating with them impossible. They worked well after dark to finish in 1-day but that meant that they missed a good amount of the debris clean-up. I had drone shots of my roof prior to the install showing me what was wrong but have had no follow-up to show what was completed so I have no way of knowing if what they sold me was actually done. About 6 weeks after install we had a bad storm and it was raining in my garage & my interior window (covered by a front porch roof). I call my project manager who sent someone out to look on a Saturday. That person came & went without a word. After a week went past, I texted the PM who told me it wasn't their issue but that he would be happy to put on new gutters and/or new siding to resolve any leaks. I'm not convinced that was the problem. I'm now working with my insurance adjuster to resolve the issues.

I’d love to give 5 stars because the actual work was done seemingly well. Everything else, communication from the project manager (who got fired halfway through our project…) was non existent, there were beers cans everywhere including the dumpster (we do not drink, so I can only assume who it was that was drinking on the job), there were a BUNCH of nails and roof debris everywhere in my yard and in my driveway, and almost ran them over with my car. The dumpster was left in my driveway for a week with no communication as to when it was going to be picked up. They forgot the shutters that were promised, and this was resolved with a small amount of money off our roof (but that doesn’t even cover the cost of shutters and install so...) The workmanship LOOKS really good so far, but time will tell if it actually was worth the outrageous price we paid.
