From the salesman to the completion of the job all employees were respectfully and knowledge. The installation of my roof was professional installed.

They quoted 20,000 then dropped to 12,000. During installation a quality control person called and said I needed fascia and soffits for an additional 4800 or they would not warranty the work. I believed the quote included everything to begin with. I would never recommend this company

I was very happy with the time schedule from when I signed up to when the roof was completed. Workers were great, they cleaned up the mess as they went along, everyone I spoke with was very professional and personable.

Your sales representative gave a a quote promising things were included in the price. The contract was never sent to us to look over and then what we expected to be included in the price was not. Very deceptive. Very disappointing. When we asked to speak to him directly, he never called.

They were great, they cleaned everything up and were courteous.

My experience with Joshua, he did not show all of the items that were totaled up. He didn't show me that, and I wanted to see all of the items.

Three months after my new roof was installed, it started leaking. It leaks every time it rains and it can't be fixed quickly due to the weather!!

I had LeafFilter gutter guards placed on my gutters some time ago, and I told the salesman I had them on there. They should have shut the sales down for damaging the gutters. The salesman said it was no problem, but I told the crew boss to be careful, and it was like talking to a piece of wood. I have been trying too long to get it resolved with the project manager, and I had a lifetime labor warranty that is not covered because they damaged it, and nothing is working.

We received a call the night before from the project manager stating he would meet with us after the installation to address any concerns. The next day, the installation crew left without updating us about anything. We emailed our project contact person as we had some concerns about the quality of installation and a drain pipe was missing, and they didn’t respond for over 3 days. There was no communication regarding how long the dumpster would stay in our driveway. Very disappointed with the lack do communication

They were very efficient. I got what I paid for.

Enjoyed the time with the sales rep that came out, not happy with the crew that was on-site or the alignment of plywood added vs was shared during the videos and pictures that said needed to be replaced.
