I opted for the installation of the secondary roof vents. Only one secondary vent was installed which affected less than 25% of the 3200 square feet of surface yet the increased price per square foot was applied to the entire roof. I'm wondering how ethical that is. However, it was my choice and I take responsibility for it. If any further action is to be taken about this issue, I believe the company should ponder just what that might be.

                Problems:
1. The salesperson, Aneesh, gave false information, stating that there would be no interest and we could take as long as we wanted to pay off installments. We were shocked when we received a notice from Service Finance Company, stating that we were being charged 9% interest. We spoke to Becca about this, and she promised to take care of the issue and cancel the loan, but never did, so we had to negotiate with SFC and pay them the full price + a several hundred dollar fee even before we considered the HG job to be completed to our satisfaction.
2. All our lovely, real wood custom-color shutters were thrown out instead of being re-installed! Casey, our PM, told us it was the fault of an administrator who had marked the box to discard shutters. HG did purchase new shutters for us (they were not real wood, and not our original color), but they have not finished installing them. We have been chasing after Becca and Casey for months now, but nothing is getting done.
3. A dump truck was left blocking our driveway for two weeks after the work on our home had been completed.
4. Hundreds of pounds of debris and supplies were left on our lawn for an additional five weeks after the crew had finished the job. Calls and e-mails to our PM and his supervisor went unanswered. We finally wrote to their supervisor, Morgan, and she was able to arrange a forklift to come the next day and pick up all the junk. 
5. Our lawn was decimated in the areas where the junk was left. We were promised that the $562 bill we paid to the landscaper would be refunded by HG, but we never received a refund
Requested Resolution:
1. Finish installing our remaining five pairs of shutters.
2. Reimburse us for the $562 worth of landscaping work that we paid to repair the damaged lawn.

While they were not the least expensive it was done quick (~2 weeks start to finish) and with no major issues.
We'd recommend them because every single person we worked with were amazing and excellent. I can't say enough. They exceeded our expectations.
The level of work was very professional but the level of communication was lacking leaving me questioning dates and schedules at times
Based on my experience, I think that the installation crew was very efficient. However, I am not pleased with the sales mans performance. There is room for improvement with regard to the project manager. The project manager did not stay on site through the entirety of the project, leaving me to contact them via phone too many times with concerns. I have spoken with upper management, and am very pleased with their professionalism and ability to problems solve all of my concerns.
They did a phenomenal job! The four guys worked like machines, and were friendly and funny.

The roof work is nice, but the siding was left dirty. I informed the QC guy when he came and told me he was going to get it clean but nothing was done.
