The Roof and siding project went very well. Everything was completed and cleaned up.

I was not happy about coming home and being told that one of the workers foot went through the ceiling of my house and the truck that bought the supplies for the roof but a crack in my driveway after working all day had to come home to that I was very upset because when I left home things were ok.

Roof was completed quickly and I am satisfied, however, sales person did not encourage me to contact my insurance and it turns out I probably should have. He said you can call if you want but they probably won't pay for it. Price was a fair retail price but I am finding cheaper now.

Business did not clearly convey information to me during the process. A selling point during the sales brief was the ability to track the status of the roof with online photos. These were not available during the install or only available sporadically. The crew worked past dark -- would have preferred they return the following day to complete the job without a rush. The crew removed gutters and the business did not follow up with me to explain their removal; they did not provide an estimate I requested to replace the gutters when I asked. Numerous reps meant that I was often redirected to contact another person to address a question or issue.

This is a great company very professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in getting a new roof or repair.

Roof looks wonderful, crew did excellent job, including cleaning area around the house when done.

Roof leak occurred following install (2-weeks after). My I Insurance company had to intervened to repair as HG unable to locate issue.

Every aspect of working with Home Genius Exteriors has been more than satisfactory. The new roof is beautiful. Looking forward to our new siding and gutters coming soon!

Your sales guy was full of shit. We were charged $1500 for drywall replacement and painting. No drywall was replaced or painted.

We had a leak in the roof from storm damage. The sales guy came in and promised us that they'd do a much better job than the company that replaced our roof only 10 years ago. They replaced 2 pieces of underlayment, but not the one that had 5 leaks in it that started this entire thing off. We were told they'd be replacing some drywall inside that had water damage. No drywall was replaced. They sprayed with Kilz and spackled it back together and still charged us $1500+ for a very small amount of work.I would not recommend them to anyone. I feel there was quite a bit of bait and switch between what the salesman promised and what was completed.

We had six quotes for our new roof and while not the cheapest, HGE was very competitive. We loved the expertise and knowledge that the estimator, Darian, brought with her. Our project manager, Jamie, was very responsive to questions we had after signing. The site supervisor, AJ, was incredibly communicative with us during the actual work.HGE promised us a "better experience" than other companies and we honestly feel they delivered.

No complaints at all. While on the pricy side, they were still more affordable than other top-end companies by far and I got what I paid for. I would easily recommend them to anyone who asked.
