The work itself was well done, and all the crews were fine. There were too many problems with communication and project coordination.

The Company has a A+ Platinum rating with the BBB which they clearly earn. They are experienced, professional, and they provide an excellent product with amazing warranties.

I was impressed with the first contact person I dealt with because he did a thorough walk, inspecting the house and the roof from the inside for any leaks. Because of the quality of the job that they did, there was no need for me to proceed immediately, but I wanted to do it without any delay, so that is what made my decision.

Definitely a 5-star rating. I liked the promptness. They came early in the morning and did not stop until they finished and left at 2:30 pm. I am amazed at how they worked. Their work ethics were due diligence. And it was fantastic. The removal of the roof and debris was immaculate after completion, including the roof.
