The work was done quickly, but our house was virtually inaccessible during the job due to tools, ladders, tarps and tons of debris being in front of every door at the same time. Trucks left ruts all around the driveway as well - even parked into our neighbors lawn area off one side of drive. When flashing was done incorrectly (painted old flashing on sides visible from ground) around chimneys, it took weeks and multiple follow-ups on my part to get a response. If I had not persisted, I would not have gotten no follow up.

Home Genius Exteriors does not keep to the estimate. They go above the estimate without telling you or showing before-and-after pictures of the work they've done. I have no way of knowing what they've done to the house or roof. They don't keep promises.

From order to installation was less than one week! My roof was completed in ONE day. When finished cleanup was completed and there was no signs that they had ever been there! I love my new roof and the color I chose is beautiful. I would definitely recommend them!

The communication between Home Genius and their employees was suboptimal, there were several times when one did not know what the other was talking about. They would change orders, and they were not informed of those. Communications were lacking between those employees. I had to do a lot of communication to each of the employees.
