My roof has three exhaust vents that do not work, and they knew that when they left, but didn't do anything about it. I am very dissatisfied with them. I have a simple, straight roof, and there's no reason it wasn't done right. The exhaust fan they didn't repair what they had damaged, and it looks crap.

I liked the professional manner, they were on time, the job was perfect and the clean up and care they took with our property was a plus. I don’t know what crew did the work but they were very amazing, friendly and professional.

The roof was great, but they had some subsequent issues with the siding and damage to my landscape lights.

Communication was poor. But I'm especially disappointed that I hadn't had a leak and now after a couple months of a new roof there's a leak and I couldn't reach anyone about it! I was out of state for 3 wks so haven't tried to reach anyone since getting home, but I doubt anyone came to fix the leak even tho I left a message as to where it was leaking.
