The installers were knowledgeable, comprehensive and completed the work accordingly. Did not take short cuts. I recommended Home Genius to a friend based on the installation.

It was a good company, but some of our shingles on the roof are off and the siding is a bit bent and collects water at the bottom. Unsatisfied with this. I feel it was too rushed. Doesn't look brand new, just looks....better.

They have good communication. If they make any mistakes, they try and fix it. They could be better with scheduling and with the completion of work.

Install correctly the first time

We are very satisfied with our new roof and gutters.

Make sure to educate the representatives that comes out to present your product to the customer. I am very upset because I feel like I was taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge from the representatives. Don't offer a project your company can't do!

If anyone approached me with question "Who replaced your roof?" I would freely give them everything I had to help them contact the firm.

We moved someone out of a bedroom upstairs, and when looking out the window we saw that part of the roof had been left unfinished. It was only black sheets nailed down to cover the roof, but no shingles, and nails left loose on the space. Not finishing the job isn't exactly going to get you recommended.

Friendly and fast service

Absolutely not. Project manager lied to me, installed shingle where there should be flat roof, told me it was fine. It would have voided my warranty. He didn’t repair rafters that were part of the scope of the project. Rushed me through inspection, dismissed concerns i had. They had to send another project manager to correct it.

I would recommend because they have good communication.

Home Genius Exteriors was professional, educational, explained everything, and cared for my roof.

Krillos was rude, confrontational, acted like he could not understand anything I said. He seemed to order unnecessary wood when addressed regarding order, he was not certain of order.

They were wonderful. They completed our large roof in one long day!!! They didn't leave any mess behind and were very pleasant to us. We have had our roof replaced several times in the past and they FAR surpass any previous replacements!

I was impressed with the entire process, from the presentation to the installation, and they were all courteous and did a professional job.

The inspector quoted replacing some of the wood planks on my roof. However, none of the planking was replaced. I was not offered any compensation for the material and labor for which I was charged. Also, the sub-contractors needed to use newer tarps around my house to catch nails. Three weeks later and I'm still picking up nails around my property. I was expecting some nails from the project, however the number of nails I am finding more than I would expect.

It was a seamless process. Everyone that interacted with me was friendly and respectful and wanted to make everything go smoothly.

Had a great experience with the company who we consulted to inspect our roof after a recent storm. Found some significant damage and breakdown of waterproofing which necessitated replacing the roof. The team was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and kept us updated throughout the process from selecting a replacement option, scheduling, and of course executing the job. The crew was quick, clean, and very professional. What seemed like an extremely difficult project was actually a breeze. This company is worth every penny and made replacing the roof a very pleasant experience and truly gave some top-quality service, happy to recommend them!
