Prices are high. After taking pictures of the product used, researching the cost, and researching what the average crew is paid to do a roof around 3,000 ft the company charged over $6,000 profit on a roof replacement

The crew didn't protect the front bed & damaged a tree. I found some nails in my driveway

The service was great, but the installers didn't have all of the correct materials.

Need to take things off the walls and shelves in the house beforehand. Other than that, I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Unprofessional crew and careless

The dumpster was left in the driveway for 6 days after the work was completed. The ‘project manager’ called the night before to advise the roof was to be put on the next day, and even asked if the number he called was also the number he could text for updates, I said yes. He never texted or called or anything. I had somebody else text and ask if the roof was done. I said yes. That’s it? That’s all the communication I get? What about the extra particle board? Did they use it? Where there any issues? Complete lack of customer service in my mind. Grab the money and get the hell out.

They were conscientious workers. It was a sophisticated job and they did it well.

A roof vent was installed that is ineffective. Upon bringing this to Home Genius's attention, I was told that it was unnecessary and a $1,307 refund would be issued, and it has been two months without a refund. I just had to contest the credit card bill to try and get my money back.
Otherwise, everything was great with the service and the quality of the roof and gutters.

Everyone was professional and respectful. I can't begin to tell you how thrilled we are with our new roof. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors to anyone that needs roofing work done.

Our estimate was $12,000. Home Genius Exteriors ripped off the roof. They bumped the price up $6,100 more. That's 50% more than I was told. I think that's a lot. I don't know how you got from 12k to 18k. The inspector should know if there's damage or not and be able to give us a heads-up. After they tore it off, then they told me.

Home Genius Exteriors - MIDA is too expensive and to me, they play games. I do not think they are an honest company. I would not recommend or use them again.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. The first two gentlemen who came out, who were the salespeople, were terrific. I needed a new roof, and it was obvious. Jason was in charge of my project, and he made sure to come to my house to ensure my daughter felt comfortable, given the presence of all the workers at my house. The company is fantastic, and my new roof looks beautiful.
