My project was not completed to my satisfaction even after the project manager told me it would be taken care of

We received a call the night before from the project manager stating he would meet with us after the installation to address any concerns. The next day, the installation crew left without updating us about anything. We emailed our project contact person as we had some concerns about the quality of installation and a drain pipe was missing, and they didn’t respond for over 3 days. There was no communication regarding how long the dumpster would stay in our driveway. Very disappointed with the lack do communication

Home Genius was very efficient, professional, and excellent!

My experience was that they were vague with pricing. They only offer a package deal, so you cannot itemize the project to see if you are getting a good deal, and I find that dishonest. Their prices are extremely high.

Watch everything the company does like a hawk.

The installation was excellent, and the workmen were fantastic.

They did good work.

So far they did a good job, but like I said, it's winter time and there's snow on the ground, but it look like they did a good job.

I thought that they were very easy to work with. Their initial communication, technical layout, and pricing scheme were all easy to understand and clear. During the job itself, some of the project managers were a bit hard to reach, but I think that was just due to having a lot of projects going on at once. However, the job itself, which is the most important, seems to be professionally done. I like the way it looks, and everything went smoothly.

When Home Genius replaced my roof, roofers damaged my neighbor and my sidings. I filed a complaint with the project manager about it and he promised that they are working on our claims. That was two months ago and up to now our complaint has not been resolved and nobody has really given us a definite resolution in spite of my repeated follow up.i

It was prompt; the job was done very nicely.

One of the windows was measured incorrectly and it took over a month for the new window to arrive. Also, we were not informed as to the arrival of a dumpster and the timing of the window installations. The dumpster sat in our driveway for over a month and I had to call to have it removed.

They were very prompt and courteous from the time I contacted them to the time the renovation was complete and it was completed in less than a week and a half.

They were very efficient. I got what I paid for.

Their communication is very poor. They used any type of person to do the work, I thought they were going to do the work themselves, but they sub-contracted it out to people.

They were on the spot. They came and did what they were supposed to do, and then left. It was just good, and they were easy to work with.

I still have some issues with my shingles sliding on my roof. They said it needs to get to the sun. The sun has already hit them, and the wind and water can still get to them around the edge. I have not heard anything else from them.
