Never showed up the day of the appointment. No one ever called and we weren’t informed until I called the office. We were told project would be done in 1 day, it took 4.

From start to finish, I was fully educated on what to expect, everyone involved was very professional, and the results were fantastic!

They moved very fast to get started and completed the job quickly. However, the first rainy day showed that the work was not done properly. Someone was sent out and we were told that the issue was resolved. By the time it rained again we found out it was not resolved. Were told that there was an issue before the work was done with water collecting.
My response was, if it was it never leaked water into the house until after the roof was replaced. This tells me that it was not done properly. Then when someone came back out, it still was not done properly because there is still a leak. I was asked to understand that no one could make it out on a Sunday because it was a Sunday. My response to this was, understand that if the work was done RIGHT the first time we would not need some one to come out on a Sunday. Needless to say, no one showed up until over an hour after the time expected.

I feel like I got a very good product for my money.

The installers were knowledgeable, comprehensive and completed the work accordingly. Did not take short cuts. I recommended Home Genius to a friend based on the installation.

It was a good company, but some of our shingles on the roof are off and the siding is a bit bent and collects water at the bottom. Unsatisfied with this. I feel it was too rushed. Doesn't look brand new, just looks....better.
