Salesman told us his crew would be easy to communicate with and able to do a great job with the little details. Crew did not speak English most days and little details were extremely sloppy. Nails left all over yard, dumpster parked in garden. Cactus trampled beyond saving. Workers showing up to "fix" things without any notice. Many many things I wouldn't expect when spending 35k. A partial refund would feel appropriate after not receiving the experience I was sold.

This has been the lowest standard of professional work I have ever received. Every step along the road I was over promised, lied to, and still expected to pay a premium for what it clearly passable work at best.

From the initial time of the young who knocked at my door to set up a free inspection everyone was beyond professional, the inspector Damian did a great of finding an unknown leak that I ot only that but identifying potential issues...then they also provided amazing payment options for me I could afford. 10/10 experience. The project manager and crew did a 10/10 job cleanup was excellent and timing all phenomenal

I was told that you didn't 'contract out' the work - you had your own contractors - group had to drive from Easly SC to Mills River, NC - over an hour each day - nobody wants to do that!!!

I was told several times they would be out to repair the leak the new leak and it was hard to get an answer when I called

Installers were quick and efficient.

Home Genius Exteriors came back to my house to fix something and didn’t even resolve the problem. Someone else is supposed to come out, but I’m not sure when that will be.
