HistoryMake Homes is an amazing company and with beautiful builds. We greatly enjoyed their services. Crystal was amazing, always available, and answered any questions we had. Everything was great and top notch. We would always recommend them.

My rating would be 5 if they put insulation on the flooring. When my kids walk around it sounds like they are stomping. To put installation in I'd have to rip the entire floor up.

Love the quality of the construction of the house! I looked at several different builders and HMH just stood out. The over all construction just felt like the quality of the materials were better and sturdier then the others.

I am very disappointed with the quality of my recently purchased home from History Maker. The craftsmanship is far below expectations for what was supposed to be my dream home. Shortly after moving in, I began noticing serious issues. The baseboards are separating from the walls, the kitchen sink constantly floods my kitchen, and in two of my bathrooms, the wall was cut too short, leaving a gap between the wall and the tub. These are not minor cosmetic flaws but major problems that should have been addressed before closing. What was meant to be a joyful milestone has turned into a huge regret, and I cannot recommend purchasing a home from this builder based on my experience.

Wendy and Mike were very helpful during our build. Mike kept us updated with photos. Our warranty request was taken care of in a timely manner. Our home was very well built.

I think overall, the buying process was smooth and I was happy with the home. There’s been a couple hiccups here and there but nothing that made the buying experience painful or frustrating.

My mom purchased her home the year prior and enjoyed the experience. I decided to purchase in the same neighborhood. We had the same salesperson and building manager. It was a smooth and easy process. They got me a good rate and special promotions for the design studio.

This is my second HMH and I am disappointed in the overall quality of the home. I’ve been in my home exactly one year and have already had multiple maintenance and structural issues.

We currently live in a HM home we built in 2016 and had a great experience! Love our house and sad to sell it now, but excited to build the new house. This second experience has been fantastic. From getting started with Garrett, working with the showroom, and meeting our builder Weldon, everyone has been great to work with and genuinely happy to help us!

The Sales Agent Keisha Nelson is Awesome. However, there are Minute building defects that need to be addressed, such as no semi gloss paint in the wet areas, and baseboards not properly installed.

If the issues with the design center were fixed, I’d be more likely to recommend. With the issues we’ve had at design it’s added a lot of unnecessary stress.

Our experience with HistoryMaker Homes was honestly great from start to finish. One of the things that really stood out to us, was the attention to detail in the build. You can tell that they take pride in their work. The craftsmanship throughout the home is solid and the finishes were done really well. It didn’t feel rushed or “cookie-cutter”, like we’ve seen with other builders. Communication was a huge plus. From the very beginning, we felt like we were always kept in the loop. Any questions we had, were answered quickly and clearly, and we always knew what to expect at each stage of the process. That kind of consistency made a difference in reducing stress and building trust. Another thing that impressed us was the level of quality in the standard features and upgrades. A lot of what came included felt like something we would normally expect to pay extra for with other builders. They really went above and beyond, and it shows in the final product - our gorgeous home. The incentives they offer make the overall value even better. We absolutely love our new home and so glad we chose HistoryMaker Homes. We’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new build.

Contractors messy, been trying for over a month to have my warranty quality check completed but no one is showing up and I have nails falling out the ceiling, cracks everywhere and house ain’t even a year old
