I have clearly informed the selling agent with history maker that I am buying the home as an investment property because I can’t move into the house for the next 2 years. As per HOA rules, builder is not supposed to sell the house as an investment, but they did. The date HOA paper work was sent to me, that restriction was not listed. But they changed it within days time frame before I closed the house. When we reached out to the builder post selling the house, they are suggesting me to sell the house. Not taking ownership of what they did.

The process has been simple and transparent.

This being our third brand new home, very disappointed with the lack of quality inspections from the builder. Everything is we have to pay for inspections and you will review. There is no quality control on your side with set inspection dates.

I had a lot of minor issues with the house. It's been a frustrating process to get them all repaired.

The electrical and drainage issues have fallen short of my expectations.

The house looks good, and HistoryMaker Homes made everything easy.

Great experience with all aspects.

Outlets are loose and sink in when you try to plug something in. Roof was installation was poor. After one month of move in we have loose shingles and some flapping. Windows are not sealed properly. You can hear the air whistling around the around house next to many doors and windows.

The purchase contract indicated that I will receive clear title on the day of closing. HistoryMaker has $16 million of loans and mortgages cross-collaterized on my property. Trinity Title did not clear the title and record the partial release of the loans and mortgages on the closing date. As of today, the partial release for my property has not been obtained from the bank and has not been recorded, so I still don't have clear title. This is unacceptable.
