I celebrated from afar (in Maryland) when the construction loan was executed. From there, things took off on a steady but rapid pace thanks to Josh and his Team.

I took notes and felt like he was sharing valuable information someone like I needed to know. I was skeptical I could realistically consider Heartland but was grateful for the information. We have really enjoyed the build process with Heartland. Project management and communication were excellent!
