Change Anything

Change Anything - I would put shelving in the shower if I could change anything.

Once we settled on a design, the process went smoothly. All of the subcontractors were very clean and respectful. I have and will continue to recommend Harth.

I really liked how thorough they were.

Great company. Very professional. Pleasure to work with

We had one great job, one good job (see note below regarding outstanding items and opportunity for more proactive comms), and have signed a contract for a third job. That’s four stars overall. Let’s see how the upcoming work goes….. could move my needle to three or to five. TBD

I have already recommended them to others.

Expectations & Improvements

Expectations & Improvements - My expectations were exceeded. I do not have any suggestions for improvement at this time. I don't have a whole lot to compare to, but it was great.

Additional Comments

Additional Comments - We had an unusual situation. We were designing something for someone with disabilities, and Harth Builders knew how to translate our needs into something we think will work well for our kid. We are grateful that Harth Builders could do what they did, and it was really helpful.

Additional Comments

Additional Comments - We really liked Daynaa.

Harth Builders is very responsive and responsible. I had a wonderful time dealing with them.

Harth Builders is professional and well-run and their work is high quality.

Efficiency, worker’s attitude, pricing reliability

Accurate cost estimating throughout a design would improve the experience. Additionally, provide line item estimating for change orders so clients do not feel "bait and switched".

Quality planning and work done right.

They were very responsive and provided excellent quality.

They are dependable and trustworthy people, and I would recommend them.

We used their handyman service to install grab bars and a bathroom fan and the job was all done week and a half after we scheduled it. Communation all the way was great, as was the process from estimate to completion. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the job.

More transparency with pricing and timeline

All of the pre-work items such as site visit, proposals, etc. were excellent. The work, itself, was also excellent as was our interactions with the workers during the job. The communication during pre-work and on-site scheduling left quite a bit to be desired as we never once heard from the scheduling staff and had to phone repeatedly to get scheduling answers. That is reflected in my responses to "Communication" and "Professional & Organized" below.

Everything was done to perfection!
