Honestly the rating would have been higher if they would have at least had some kind of sympathy but the supervisor looked at me like my complaints were not valid. I have a dog and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to close the side gates so that my dog doesn’t get out or to pick up trash and nails. It took them a whole 10 days to remove the large pile of trash they had made from installing the roof. If I had an HOA they probably would of said something because my house just looked like a dump site. Then I had to call them to remind them that the trash was still there.

I would recommend you with the caveat that you're one of the bigger fish and likely to subcontract.

Greenlee replaced a shingled roof on our long-term rental property in Bend. We were very satisfied with their clear and responsive communication, especially given that we were coordinating the work remotely while out of state.
