Honestly the rating would have been higher if they would have at least had some kind of sympathy but the supervisor looked at me like my complaints were not valid. I have a dog and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to close the side gates so that my dog doesn’t get out or to pick up trash and nails. It took them a whole 10 days to remove the large pile of trash they had made from installing the roof. If I had an HOA they probably would of said something because my house just looked like a dump site. Then I had to call them to remind them that the trash was still there.

I would recommend you with the caveat that you're one of the bigger fish and likely to subcontract.

Greenlee replaced a shingled roof on our long-term rental property in Bend. We were very satisfied with their clear and responsive communication, especially given that we were coordinating the work remotely while out of state. We also appreciated their ability to complete the work as soon as the weather allowed. In general, everyone we worked with at Greenlee was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. We also felt they offered a fair price for the work.
