I love the product and installation went well. Just very disappointed with the scheduling and rescheduling wasting my vacation day

We had our tub ripped out and replaced with a walk un shower. It looks amazing and they even cleaned up the mess. I would recommend mad city to anyone looking on doing some home remodeling.

We were actually recommended by a neighbor and saw that you guys do excellent at work so that kind of sold us we would recommend it to anybody that’s looking for a bath upgrade thanks

Dylan was on time. He looked me in the eye when he spoke to me. He was efficient and diligent when he worked.

Showed up on time. Fully explained things. Checked with me before making permanent installations. Was able to see the product in my house.

Salesman sells some premium service and premium products at a premium price. The service was not premium and maybe this is me not knowing anything but the windows dont seem that much different than box store windows. That being said the price was definitely not reflective of the quality of work.

Quality of the product and the installation was very good

I spent almost 12 grand on this door, not complaining about that, but your team had to cut into our wall to make it fit. Upon patching it up they told us it wasn't in the contract to spackle and paint. You would think that at the price I paid for this home upgrade having the wall fully repaired would be part of the job, but nope. We are very disappointed about that.

It was no hassle from day one! From me telling the sales guy I wasn't going to buy anything to the installation and the sale guy was not pushy!! Both of them should get a raise!!!

Salesman worked hard to find a price point that would work for us. Everyone we worked with was friendly and worked with integrity. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A quality product with a good team behind it.

The shower turned out great looks good but just too much money for what it is it’s a box to rinse off in that’s it.

Pretty speedy process, everyone was very polite and nice to talk to. The final job looked amazing (still awaiting a call though to schedule the screen to be placed in the one window as it wasn’t in the packaging like it was supposed to be)

Although we did not get the shower that was originally contracted, matters were resolved to our liking.

They called in advance to let us know the time they were going to be there and gave us their names so we knew who to expect. They were on time and very nice. They were pleasant and professional while they were working and checked with us on placements of the shelves and foot rest to make sure they were at the height we wanted. They checked with us on the details to make sure it was all correct.

The product looks great and I am happy with how the project turned out.

Overall satisfactory product and performance. Only unsatisfactory item I could say is pricing. But can say it is more than likely worth it will the warranty and product.
