Disappointed in the attitude of the workers.

We converted from a bath tub to a walk in shower. We had Adam and Mary as our installers. Wonderful couple to work with. They were very professional through the hole process. I would recommend getting them, if you can for your next project. Thank you to the both of you for making us feel very comfortable during the process.

As for Scott the area supervisor I personally think he should learn some manner's asked him to move his car his response was I am only going to be here for a minute my response is to tell him to move this time

They called in advance to let us know the time they were going to be there and gave us their names so we knew who to expect. They were on time and very nice. They were pleasant and professional while they were working and checked with us on placements of the shelves and foot rest to make sure they were at the height we wanted. They checked with us on the details to make sure it was all correct.

The product looks great and I am happy with how the project turned out.

Overall satisfactory product and performance. Only unsatisfactory item I could say is pricing. But can say it is more than likely worth it will the warranty and product.

I do not find the tub as relaxing as i hoped. The back is to straight and i do not sit low enough to get my neck in the water without sliding my butt off the seat.

Great people from start to finish. Everyone knew what each person was going to do and the job just kept moving on. Friendly from every person who worked on whatever whether it was installing walk-in shower, plumbing, or electrician. God bless each and everyone working as part of the project.

One the electrician could have not left the old fan in the attic, two the Plummer had a sore arm and your installer did most of the plumbing and complained about it

They were able to install a bath and shower in one day. The expected completion was a 2 day job. They cleaned up after the install. My shower and bathtub are beautiful!!

Installer very professional and skilled. It seems to me that most of the onus is on the installer to keep promises he doesn't make.

The sales presentation was done very well. The field measure was done hastily with no regard for my wants in terms of keeping the existing bullnose tile and increasing the depth of the shower base. The same disregard was experienced with the demolition as they completely demolished the bullnose tile. I ended up with an afterthought walkin shower with very poor workmanship. I have asked the operations manager repeatedly for his email address so I can send him the details, but I have still not received that. The entire experience was un professional and lacking in fullfiling promises.

We are very happy we went with Mad City for our new windows. From the initial visit to follow up on our instalation, everything went very smoothly. Installers did an amazing job and were very good at what they do. The entire Mad City team exceeded our expectations.
