Great Lakes Home Remodeling was very efficient and did a nice job.

Hardworking and only took 2 days to install 14 windows.

Jeff, our salesman, was friendly and upfront with all aspects of our project. Devin, the project manager, was easy to contact, answered all of our questions and made the process easy to get through. Edwin was also easy to connect with and answered all of my questions during the installation process.

Everything went exactly like I thought it would, which is high praise when dealing with an old house! The father and son team who installed my new windows were very nice, *very* swift and competent, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

The roofers worked very well together. They each knew their job were able to complete a beautiful job in a day on a large quad level home. The clean up was amazing. The boss on the job when finished he showed photos of everything they had done.

The installers were amazing. The measurement guys did a decent job had 2 issues with getting the right slider and a window. I’m not entirely sure if the price point was competitive or not we wanted windows and you guys delivered. The triple pane windows are really nice. Not much to complain about and I’m not entirely sure if I over paid but that’s a personal problem.

From the person who first came to the house to the last who cleaned up, they were fabulous.

The installer was great, very communicative, and worked to make the product adhere to what the sales man said it would, even though the product wasn’t entirely designed to. The sales man definitely did not describe the whole process properly, specifically he stated that everyone in the install team was properly trained, but the main installer was teaching one of the individuals along the way. The salesman also stated that the screens would slide up or down, but they were not designed this way and our installer worked to make them fit our expectations. The communication we have received from individuals at the office has been suspicious, as they leave voicemails about important topics but breeze over them when on the phone, leaving you confused as it seems they lack a true understanding of these important topics.

These guys were great! From the salesman who took time to explain the entire process to all the workers who were friendly and excellent at their jobs all the way to the man who picked up the trash bin who went over the entire area twice to make sure no nails were left. I can't say enough!

Piece of soffit missing, told me to prove it was there when I asked if it could be fixed. **** near got me the wrong color gutters and downspouts, luckily the gutter crew called to check. Agreed to include gutter guards when i was quoted the roof then told me they knew nothing about it when the install was happening so I had to pay out of pocket for that. Not to mention firing my project manager and not even giving me any notice or someone else to reach out to, luckily he was nice enough to give me someone to reach out to. I will most likely be looking elsewhere when it come time to do the windows, siding, and all the other work I have planned for the house. This was a headache the whole way through.

I am pleased with the quality of work and how professional they are. I know nothing about roofs, but the salesman Rob took a lot of time to explain things, and his colleague Devin helped a lot too. I am confident the roof will outlive me.

A couple little speed bumps along the way, but an overall positive experience. We were very happy with our siding and gutter crews. We found them knowledgeable, helpful, and hard working. Office staff were friendly. We love our remodel.

Everyone we worked with at Great Lakes Home Remodeling, from the sales consultant to the roofers, were professional, knowledgeable, organized, thorough, and friendly. The materials were high quality and it was obvious that the roofers were experienced and well-qualified. Overall a very positive experience!

Contractor did a great job removing old roof and installing the new roof and gutters and corrected items to prevent any future water infiltration that might have been a problem.
