The new roof looks great. Everyone was very nice and kind.. lack of communication was my only issue..

Pointed out a couple minor caulking issues. They fixed them with no complaints. That alone sets the tone.

When you sign the contract and they tell you it will be done within a week or two.Then we told them up front we would be gone on a certain date to a couple people. And what they do try to schedule then. Really? So then it was scheduled two more weeks out. A very inconvenience.

Great lakes was top notch from start to finish. They waited for us to get financing squared away. Then started with a verbal that financing was in place.
The crew unloaded the delivery truck when the boom failed and hauled the bundles of shingles up a latter.

The roofing company that did the roof was really good, really considerate, cleaned up really well, and took their time not to mess up any of the flowers we had around the house. They did a really good job.

Cost may not be the best.

When we signed the paperwork, we were told payments would not start until mid-September. The I get a notice that a payment is due in 3 weeks (beginning of July). Would’ve been nice to not get lied to about something this trivial. Meet gave me his direct number, but NEVER answered or returned calls. I got a hold of the field manager (?), his name is Keith and he was good to talk to.

Great communication skills! Responded immediately to fix the hole in the screen and the faulty window latch. Professional and on time. Left the work sight clean.
