I enjoyed working with such professional people. They answered the phone, they identified who they were. They answered your questions at the time of the phone call. They said they were going to be at your house and they were at your h at that time. First contractors leaving me with a positive feel.

From start to finish, the sales rep to work crew were very polite. The crew leader arrived early and explained what they would be doing. It was extremely hot the days they worked, but the crew arrived on time, worked steadily along and never asked for anything. Our roof looks wonderful.

Our siding was done during a blizzard.
Dumpster left for over a week due to snow. The site was left a mess. Fixtures were left in the snow and some lost, not put back up. Ac housing installed crooked. We are still finding nails and debris in our yard. Very disappointed in this as I have a toddler and a dog to worry about.

Communication was clear and I knew from start to finish what to expect from the new roof, new gutters, demolishion of shed as well as the financial pieces.

Initially, meeting Alex- he was great in reviewing the proposal, making adjustments that eventually led me to signing the contract. The windows were expertly and quickly installed. Once the project manager Jeremy and the crew were on site it was great to watch you transform my house every day. Incredibly efficient, and cleaned everything up everyday! Great job guys (& gal) it’s beautiful! Thank you!

I thought they were terrific. I appreciated the fact that the people sent out were respectful of my property and listened when I questioned or commented about something.

Roof is still leaking. Now in 2 other areas when it rains Workers didn’t spend much time or supplies in trying to seal up leak. They were done fairly quickly.

Found the company at the Spring home and Garden show at the fairgrounds. Was able to have a estimate put in place the next Monday. The craftsmanship from the metal roof to the siding and gutters and downspouts that replaced on my house was exceptional. If issues arise, they were taking care of to my satisfaction.

Brendon & Ryan did fantastic work for us. They were polite and very respectful. I would recommend your company to anyone as the work that was done during both appointments we’ve had was top notch…

But… We were not pleased with the scheduling aspect of your company. We had an appointment and then were told we had to push it out. We then had to wait another week to get someone to come. I get that you’re busy and you’re good so it’s understandable but you’d think we would have then taken precedence over anyone else. I would fix that aspect of your company but you have great workers so we’ll stay as customers for now and hope scheduling improves.

You can pick up the new roofing materials that were leftover from the job. You dumped them on a pallet in front of our garage. David Holbert, on-site supervisor had the work completed by noon and said he would return the next day to pick up these boxes, but now he was going kayaking. Why he didn't put them in his vehicle and take them on May 28th is a mystery. The boxes are still in my driveway, getting drenched by rain. Perhaps I should charge you a storage fee. Also your employees moved my entryway mat, without asking permission, and I happened to find it on my back deck. I am an 80-year-old woman and have difficulty walking, so I cannot retrieve it.

Within first few weeks, a piece of siding came off the front of the house due to wind storm. Took a week for someone to come and fix it. Problem with leaking gutters and it took approx four to five visits for someone to figure out what the problem is. Still waiting for a call on setting up an appointment to correct a problem with roof.

We've used Graves for three projects so far over the past few years, and they and their subcontractors are consistently excellent.

They were able to move the scheduled date to do repairs sooner than expected.

Their team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic. They came out and did the job which was replacing my fascia that had been blown off, and installed incorrectly by a horrible company we had previously hired. Graves Brothers came out and fixed it the right way. My husband and I are highly satisfied.

The roof looks great, but I did run into a couple problems. The roofers broke a few pieces of siding and I was told they were going to need to purchase replacement pieces. I asked them to grab an extra piece of siding for a different area on my house that had nothing to do With the roofers Graves Bros. ended up charging me $90 for the one piece of siding. They broke two landscape lights in my yard which I had to replace. I also have found over 4 dozen roofing nails in my lawn. I just bought a 18” lawn magnet to attempt to rid my lawn of most all of the lawn mower tire piercing nails.

I am not satisfied with their work.

The work was great, but I am having difficulty getting an itemized bill to submit to my insurance company.

Graves Brothers finished product was outstanding! Unlike most, they communicated before and during the project. They were responsive to all our questions and concerns. The quality of work was excellent and they were fast and efficient!

The workers all were all very respectful and worked every single minute except for a 30 minute lunch. . Project manager was very efficient and listened to any remark that was made, very personable.

Communication left something to be desired. Wrong style windows initially ordered and was not noticed until after install. Was told I should've been the one to notice that in the first place. Had to push back to get resolved.

I like the professionalism of the Crew, the top quality of work and the timely completion of the work.

They were courteous and nice they work and don't goof off or anything. My roof was really bad. I hope my bushes survived. They cleaned my vents and everything.

They were timely and did a really nice job. they were nice to work with and they did a thorough cleanup.

I called for an emergency service call for ice buildup on a tenant's roof on Saturday 1/25/25. I actually spoke with someone on Saturday and they were going to try to get there on Monday 1/27/25, they said no promises but in 72 hours. It took me calling to remind them to get there. They finally showed up on 2/4/25. By the time they got there, the ice was thick and damaged a window and was charged $710.00 tax included. I was most disappointed in the time it took them to get there when I was told at latest 72 hours.

This company should be ashamed.

Things got off to a bad start when a huge dump truck dropped a dumpster on my freshly paved driveway after I very specifically said not to put anything there. The work crew, who were supposed to start about 9-10AM, showed up around 6AM and started blasting away on the siding, waking up the whole block. The crew were not even wearing Graves' uniforms; they were wearing red and white shirts with a nonexistent company name written on it, something like "Best Siding and Gutters LLC". The phone number stamped on their shabby truck was a 347 area code, which is New York City. Note, I never hired nor approved of any such company to do anything.

The crew was hasty, sloppy, and wasteful; they were in a big hurry to get done. Even though the managers assured me "this is a 1-2 day job, tops" and told me "we have extra materials" it didn't matter. The crew worked about 12 hours straight for day 1 until they out of siding. My neighbors were shocked to see them cut a small piece off 10 foot siding boards, then throw the other 9.9 feet away. At the end of day one, they simply vanished. The house sat half naked for weeks with the gutters detached. The gutters which by the way, the crew damaged, crushed, and broke during removal/re-installation. Almost every bracket/bolt/screw was lost. We had torrential rains during the weeks they left me without gutters, and my basement started getting moldy when it never had mold since day 1. To say nothing of the fact the crew left huge boxes, long pieces of trim, and tons of other boxes all over my front and back lawn, causing a ton of dead spots.

I can't begin to list the amount of shoddy, low quality work that I had to call out. Instead of replacing an old wooden step per the contract, the crew bizarrely just wrapped it in aluminum. That door opened once, and could not close again because the aluminum kept popping up. Then they broke a rear porch lamp. Then they dragged heavy concrete steps across the brand new back patio

Then, the whole project got delayed for multiple weeks. Excuses started flying. They tried blaming the usual tired stories about shortages, despite there being no COVID lockdowns for over a year. The amount of time I lost from work to babysit and keep calling out the endless mistakes was insane and I shudder to think what would have happened if I wasn't so on top of everything.

When I called Barry's Best Gutters to come repair the damage they were horrified at how badly the gutter system was butchered and had to charge me a pretty penny to fix everything.

After repeatedly emailing to say "please let's keep everything in writing" they decide to call me. When I refused the call, they threatened me via txt and USPS with liens, collection agencies, and credit damage. Side note, that's a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Graves was able to come in and fix a leak coming in from a pipe in our roof. They were done quickly and took pictures to share, which I appreciated.
They also installed gutter guards on our new home to match the existing gutters.

It was weather-related and not their fault, but it was tricky because of the weather for Graves Bros. Home Improvement Co. to keep up with the original schedule. We are pleased with the work and their professionalism. Graves Bros. Home Improvement Co. did wonderful cleanup, explained everything, and I would recommend them.

My son had his house completely sided. They put a front door also. I paid for that. They did an excellent job. I had them come over to my house with a list for like six different repairs. I haven an appointment scheduled next week. That will be the seventh one. The repairman got sick twice. One time it was raining. They came another time while it was raining and they left. There were five items the last time they came out. He did four of them and forgot the last one. I know mistakes happen. I called to get them back out and they put me off for like two weeks. It's unacceptable. It would only be a 20 minute job. I asked to talk to a supervisor. He was very nice and said he would see about moving the appointment up. He said there would be no charge and he would try to reduce the entire bill. I haven't heard anything since then. It's kind of unacceptable.

They had a fast and quick service. They were wonderful.

After work was completed I saw the downspout was placed right next to central air unit. I immediately called them, sent pictures of water draining right into unit, and was promised they'd come back within 2 days and correct it. Well, that was 2 months ago- several calls later and I had to have someone else come and add an extension. I will not recommend this company because once paid and work is done they don't want to know anything.
