There were some things done on the roof that were workmanship issues. I still have leaking issues. I have had the roof for 6 years now and it just started leaking on me. Unfortunately the warranty is only good for 5 years. They are oming back Thursday to try and repair it. It is leaking and ruining all the wood.

Have crew pay more attention to keeping area clean as possible..have shingle dust all over side walk,driveway,etc..nails scattered through out yard.

They aren't working with me at all. They seemed to have fallen off the face of the earth.

I have much trust in Graves Brothers. They have fair prices, reliable skilled workers and compete the job on schedule.
I used them years ago to do siding and garage doors on my parents house and their work was excellent.

Horrible communication from the main office. My service call was cancelled without outreach, and no attempt was made to reschedule when I called, instead I had to wait for an additional call from another team member. I delayed working with another vendor as I was hoping this service would be covered under warranty. Had I known the service was not being covered under warranty, I could have had the repair made faster.

Prepare ahead of time for the work requested. I was surprised I had to explain what needed to be done when I spoke with someone to schedule the appointment and gave a detailed description. I also emailed photos. The on-site guy didn't know what color siding I had, asked if I had siding material (I do not), and wasn't clear on what I needed replaced. Please look at your communication flow - this missing information caused a significant time loss.

Quality of work, communication and responsiveness

We were overall very happy with the work that Graves did for us. Even though there were issues that turned up, they were addressed and taken care of to our satisfaction. The communication was great. All the workers were friendly and we were very comfortable having them at our home. We have used Graves in the past and were always satisfied and we are again this time.

I don't do reviews online. Strictly word of mouth. Your sign is on my front lawn. It would not be there if I was disappointed. I have already told my friends to use your company. I am delighted with the services this company has provided from scheduling and service. Mike Duell was an excellent contractor who was respectful and thorough and completed the job as needed.

The Graves Bros. Home Improvement Co. sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and patient with questions. The roofing crew was quick and clean with everything.

Anthony was informative regarding area of concern, how he would handle it, and included pictures of before and after. He checked with me for my satisfaction prior to leaving. He was professional and pleasant to work with.

My mom’s roof had a leak and they were able to quickly put a patch on it. The repair work was done quickly and neatly. Everyone from the salesperson to those who schedule the work to the people who did the repairs were kind, courteous and professional.

Our experience with Graves Bros. was incredible! From the day that we stopped into the Winton Rd store until the end the service was outstanding! Communication with all aspects of the job was out of this world! We are still working with Adam for a couple of items, and he has been a godsend! All the workers were incredible and worked in some really extreme heat conditions in July.

The recent service work rates five stars,and I would highly recommend Graves Brothers to a friend. However since the original 2023 installation was not optimum, I had to reflect that in my 4 star rating choice.

I have been a good customer, spending north of $100K over the years. All that was ruined over a storm door color that does not match and looks ridiculous.
