The recent service work rates five stars,and I would highly recommend Graves Brothers to a friend. However since the original 2023 installation was not optimum, I had to reflect that in my 4 star rating choice.

I have been a good customer, spending north of $100K over the years. All that was ruined over a storm door color that does not match and looks ridiculous.

Graves Bros. Home Improvement has always been very good. They cleaned up beautifully afterwards. They have done two different jobs for me now. They keep me apprised of what was going on. They took pictures of what they were replacing. I have already recommended them to others.

Disappointed with time frame. Still not finished.

Prompt responses and quote process. Very happy with workmanship and quick turnaround and clean up on day of the gutter & gutter guard install.

Subpar work on our projects that was done (roof, siding, windows, patio doors and gutters). Have more problems since work completed - crews had to come out several times to redo things that were falling down or not completed properly. Had to wait several months for items that were supposed to be ordered when project started but things not measured properly and took couple attempts for them to get correct. Told that crew who did siding work not the best crew hence the reason for siding coming down etc. Had brand new windows installed and one window had piece cracked off of corner but not noticed until weeks after installed - offered new window but siding had already been done and did not want that to be effected so left alone and given a credit which we think was not enough as the credit was also for other issues not completed properly. Also had issues with new gutters not draining properly which we were told were ok and told if any problems over winter(2025) they would take care of - will have to wait and see. It was a pretty straight forward project that turned out not so well for us having to wait extended time for items, substandard work. The gentleman who came out several times to correct issues was helpful as were the window guys who also had to return and correct issues with new patio doors that were also installed. At this point this would not be a company I would recommend due to the issues we had even though they tried to work with us on correcting the issues we don’t feel we were credited accordingly for time issues and quality of work.

The quality of the workmanship was fine. He covered the beds, so dust from his cuttings would not settle on them. Everything else in the room had dust on it.

I sent pictures of what I wanted to get done but they only did one of the things I asked for. I called them the same day to let them know, and they said they would get around to it. They already charged me for the project, and I have not received a call. It's been a couple of days. I called again and they said they would come next week for another $80 charge, so I mentioned to them I already paid asked about them charging me another $80.00. They said they would get back to me and I haven't heard anything. There's a lack of communication.

The whole process felt right. They seemed honest, price seemed fair, and they did what they said they would do. I have recommended them already.

Graves Brothers did not have a lot of information on what to know about gutters. They don't seem to know all the design stuff, including the measurement and size of the gutter.

I would recommend then to a friend because I intend to call them next year and at least have them look at my next project.

The on-ground supervisor, Nicole, was fantastic, and she kept me fully informed!

I would recommend them to friend because the original salesman that came out was so straight, didn't play any games, the other two started out as too high, and kept offering discounts to reel me in. It meant so much to me this company went straight to it.

The salesman Jeff Kline was amazing. He answered all of my questions and really was very informative. He should get a raise for the way he represented the company. Really spoke as if it was his passion.

Graves Brothers took the time to explain the process and kept us informed throughout. Left our property in much better condition than they found it meeting all the codes and safe for our family for years to come. Thank you!

I believe that the gentlemen that came out for Graves Bros. Home Improvement Co. was a good workman and salesman. He even worked through the rain most of the time.

The work I needed done was done very quickly, very affordably, and it was exactly what I needed done. I was very thankful for the scale and knowledge of the worker so thank you.

We received a quick response to our inquiry re: siding repairs. An estimate and repairs were done within a week!

There were issues during each phase of the work. The biggest problem occurred when they left the work site during inclement weather and failed to secure materials. A few of my neighbors complained that a significant amount of debris had blown into their yard. A few weeks later, roof shingles blew off. The gutters were not installed properly. They failed to install fascia boards. The only thing they do efficiently is contact the customer when it’s time to get paid.

The process of getting this project done was made simple because of the friendly, professional people we worked with.

First off the finished product on our roof is amazing and Cory the salespeople was incredibly detailed and helped us understand the full scope of the project and took a lot of time to help with design/color options which resulted in a stellar look, fair and honest pricing with no surprises. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the execution of the labor team. The onsite supervisor for our soffit and gutters was not communicative nor present for much of the job which led to poor execution in quality and cleanliness. The company did fix the quality thanks to partnership from Cory who also with his desire to make things right also got us an adequate discount for my inconvenience. I would recommend for roofing but not necessarily “smaller jobs”
