The process of getting this project done was made simple because of the friendly, professional people we worked with.

First off the finished product on our roof is amazing and Cory the salespeople was incredibly detailed and helped us understand the full scope of the project and took a lot of time to help with design/color options which resulted in a stellar look, fair and honest pricing with no surprises. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the execution of the labor team. The onsite supervisor for our soffit and gutters was not communicative nor present for much of the job which led to poor execution in quality and cleanliness. The company did fix the quality thanks to partnership from Cory who also with his desire to make things right also got us an adequate discount for my inconvenience. I would recommend for roofing but not necessarily “smaller jobs”

I need to talk to someone from Graves Bros. Home Improvement. I don't want this to happen again. I need to be assured it is not going to happen again. It is the main reason I had the roof done. Someone came in the house and knew what they were dealing with and didn't pay as much attention.

We worked with Cory, the estimator, and Jordan, the foreman who came with the crew that day. They were pleasant and helpful guiding us through the technology part of everything. They explained everything, made us comfortable, and were trustworthy. There is nothing I can say against them at all. They had the patience of Job. The crew was professional and cleaned up everything. Additionally, my roof had to be repaired because we had a bad hailstorm.

Their customer service follow up after job completed was terrible!

They communicated very well.

A small section of roof caps needed replacing. A serviceman showed up and promptly fixed them and also secured a loose piece of siding in the same area. The office personnel and serviceman were very good to work with. My only complaint is they were supposed to be there between 8 - noon but didn't arrive until 12:30ish. It was not the serviceman fault, it was a mix up.

I had a mostly satisfactory experience with Graves. They were prompt, quickly completed the job and were pretty good at cleaning up when finished. The day was very sunny and hot and, unfortunately ,there supplies were put on my grass and killed it in several spots. I am still working on getting it to grow in one spot.
