The design portion is more of a sales pitch than an actual design. It caused a lot of install problem, as it didn't accommodate certain things.

The designer listened and taught me at the same time on how the get the best results in this project. The people who worked the project were terrific. They made an early install (unscheduled) of my ovens when my current ovens were no longer working. The workmanship was excellent, and I was kept informed at every step of the project. I also had a list of repairs required around the house which they also fixed for me. I'd work with them again anytime I could.

They did a wonderful job and we would be happy to recommend them.

The entire GM Roth team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. With the project app, you know what to expect and when. They do a great job of keeping you informed, maintaining a clean work area and taking pride in their work. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and our updated bathrooms.

Additional Comments - For our uncomplicated siding replacement the high level of customer service was probably not totally necessary, and it may have added to the expense of the project. However, we appreciated knowing the team at GM Roth was dedicated to making the project run smoothly and would stand behind the work. It was a refreshing change from many of the contractors we have dealt with.

GM Roth does not stand behind their products, do not stick to timelines. Beware of what you are told will be done, ensure they show you in writing every single itemized detail or they will not complete it. Design services did not help with setup of kitchen for best functionality.

I am very pleased with all the work that was done in my house. Sharon designed my new kitchen to my liking. David was there to make sure that my countertop was fixed to my expectation. Brad was very courteous and very pleasant to deal with, he always left the place clean and also did everything to my liking. Do you could say I am over the moon with the way everything came out.

They were attentive, agreeable, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They were terrific!

This is our THIRD remodel with GM Roth and we are so thrilled with the results!! They have transformed our cold, dark cluttered basement into a bright and organized space with a bonus room for the family to work and play. Our daughter says that our basement is so beautiful that you could film a Hallmark Christmas movie there. We continue to choose GM Roth for our home remodeling projects so that we do not have to worry about the stress of scheduling contractors and sub contractors. Their team works together to make sure that every detail from the design to the build is done right and professionally. If there is a problem, they are there to fix it and make it right. During COVID-19, they have put many new safety procedures in place and this helped us to feel comfortable during the remodel process. Our relationship began with a large kitchen/dining/living space remodel and they completely transformed our living space. We then had them remodel two of our bathrooms and finally the basement. We continue to return to them for our projects because we trust them and love working with their staff and sub-contractors. Their team goes above and beyond and we so grateful for their hard work and dedication.

The experience with GM Roth was mixed. The design work (by Terri) was very good. The execution left many gaps during the install. For all the project management and assigned PM, it was largely ineffective and communications were poor for the first phase (bathroom 1). Several missteps made. The quality of materials (which we helped select) was good and workmanship by and large was top notch. Seemed like they had one tile installer split between multiple jobs

Whenever we had questions during the construction Brad was more than willing to answer them and make sure we understood and were satisfied with the answer. I feel like I pestered him with questions constantly and he was always patient and never made me feel like I was a pain in the butt for asking him. I can't say enough wonderful things about him.
