I found the introductory process too long, particularly the video presentation.

Having a flood with all the damage our house sustained was stressful and at times a bit overwhelming. Having the GM Roth team in our corner to handle the many challenges really helped us in many ways. From design to project planning and execution they rebuilt and updated our home. The craftsmen they have on staff did excellent work.

On-site people were great. Transparency. We were informed about issues, timing, deliveries throughout the process.

We are fully satisfied with the finished product, and greatly appreciated the professionalism and consciousness of the management and staff. That being said, there were quite a few mistakes made along the way that had to be corrected. They were all fully addressed to our satisfaction with no pushback from Roth. However, they extended the project by several months, and I am sure that these made the project less profitable for Roth.

GM Roth completed our third project in ten years this summer, so we are very confident in recommending them. They have redone three bathrooms, one kitchen, and in our latest project, an assortment of things that improved our new home. They are meticulous in their planning and their people are nice, trustworthy, and competent. We had to wait a few months for the job to start, but once they got going, they made regular progress. If there was a hangup, they explained what was causing it. We have to drive further than is convenient to meet with them, so that should prove we're willing to go the extra mile to work with them!

We recently had a small addition built on our home by G.M. Roth, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial design consultation with Anne through the whole construction process with Mike, the company was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. The quality of the work is top-notch and the team took great care to ensure that every detail was taken care of, even coming back a couple of months later to complete the outdoor steps that were waiting for our patio construction to finish. There were a few minor delays in the process but not out of the realm of what we had anticipated. Overall we are very happy with our new room and would look to G.M. Roth for future projects.

Over the past several years Roth has completed five projects all involving windows in our home, including the replacement of all combination windows. In each project all people we had contact with were professionals in all phases of each project.

Large company that is able to devote substantial resources to your home project. Able/willing to immediately handle any issue(s) that may arise. Project Manager drops by in-person every single day to ensure quality of service and address any questions/concerns. From the initial design person to the Project Manager and employees, professionalism was always on display. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

If you are wanting to be part of the process or not, you will get daily updates on the status of your project. Our project manager, Brad, was awesome. He was always communicating with us and letting us know who and when people would be at the house. The construction area was always very clean, and end of day completely swept and cleared of any debris. Any concerns we had, were addressed quickly. We were extremely pleased with our final project!

They would be great for high end clients, this forced survey, emailing, calling, until I did it really killed the relationship. I was going to get to it but they kept pestering. They are a fantastic company. Accommodate for the needs of the clients. Some communication could have been more clear, small stuff mostly. Biggest issue is the shower system they sold, ended up not being able to be fully enclosed and this seemed to be an oversight of the design/sales team.

They were very good with communication. We always knew what was happening each day and what time they would arrive. Overall, it was beautiful, superior work!

In total, GM Roth remodeled two bathrooms and our kitchen. Mike Lazzar was the lead on all the projects. He is a consummate professional and a very talented carpenter. As one of the lead faces of your company, you are well served

The design portion is more of a sales pitch than an actual design. It caused a lot of install problem, as it didn't accommodate certain things.

GM Roth was not the low bidder. We chose them for their professionalism and with the hope that they would stick to their original promised schedule. We were not disappointed in either regard.

G.M. Roth has always come on time, prepared and their work and have always been excellent. I highly recommend them.

While I am happy with most of the final results, the numerous mistakes that caused damage to rooms not in scope, the delays, and the ridiculous issues with subcontractors means I cannot recommend the company.

Overall the experience was very positive and professional. I especially appreciated the design services- very helpful.

Additional Comments - For our uncomplicated siding replacement the high level of customer service was probably not totally necessary, and it may have added to the expense of the project. However, we appreciated knowing the team at GM Roth was dedicated to making the project run smoothly and would stand behind the work. It was a refreshing change from many of the contractors we have dealt with.

GM Roth does not stand behind their products, do not stick to timelines. Beware of what you are told will be done, ensure they show you in writing every single itemized detail or they will not complete it. Design services did not help with setup of kitchen for best functionality.
