more communication and coordination before starting the project. there was information your team should have know ahead of time. when i tried to inform the team of things that i knew would affect the project, i was told everything would be fine. however, it turned out it was not fine. our siding looks nice but we have many dead patches on our lawn due to the debris being in large piles on the lawn for an extended time.

G. Fedale roofing crew created a health hazard in my home due to the level of respirable dust that entered the home while skylights were removed. No mitigation was taken which would have been simple (cover the skylight holes during roofing material removal. Apart from hours of cleaning required to remove dust from all surfaces of the home, I have not been able to consistently breathe deeply/normally since the installation.

There was some miscommunication with the sales team and the crew.

The process was easy. Joe answered all of my questions and made me comforted with my purchase.

They were very thorough in their inspection, quote and choices given. They explained each option and the benefits of each one in great detail. Nice to deal with all around.

The roof actually looks great. It was completed in a timely manner. But the the siding repair was supposed to be included. I was told someone would reach out to me and they never did. I got another contractor to come and complete the siding repair, and the dumpster was in my driveway for weeks and I finally reached out and it was removed the next day. But it was in a very inconvenient spot for all that time,

Total roof repair and replacement was completed in 1 day when I expected 2, maybe 3 days, The clean-up effort was spectacular including returning plants purchased for replanting to the place they were originally before the job started. All the workers performed their duties in what I would describe as "in a professional manner".

Be cautious that there could be a lot of miscommunication working with G. Fedale Roofing and Siding. They hired a third party contractor that was not appropriate for the job. There was also a lot of back and forth trying to figure out who could do it correctly in which did take a toll on us as the consumer.

You roofing team completely failed to treat my property with respect, the project was underestimated regarding time, so the first night they worked on the roof without adequate lighting which compromised both their safety and the quality of their work, they were alone, both with the old roofing materials and with their personal trash. They created safety issues for our family and our dogs as a result.

I liked the fact that there was no high pressure Sales approach. I felt that I controlled the flow of the project. I also liked the openness of the Sales person during the discussion of the project.
