The salesman was very easy to talk with, gave me several options, and explained all of our questions. The crew came when they were scheduled and cleaned up when they were done. Job looks good.

Rob O. came out to give us an estimate for a full roof replacement. He was personable and knowledgeable, and was clear and concise with his presentation. I appreciated that he gave us three different options and price points that were more reasonable than quotes we received from other companies. In the process of inspecting our roof he graciously patched a small hole that was caused by a missing shingle. As soon as Rob left I cancelled the other scheduled estimates because I knew that we would use Fedale for our new roof. I had complete peace of mind that they would do a quality job.
Ilia did the scheduling and was very friendly and helpful. Tyler V. was our project manager and he did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. He kept everything organized so that the job stayed on schedule in spite of rain. The roofing crew worked very hard to get the roof finished on schedule between the rainy days. They did a great job cleaning up as well. I can’t say enough good things about the professional and conscientious employees at Fedale and I highly recommend them for any roofing project.

When they did my roof, that was an excellent job and would give them a five in recommendation. The next project was windows and doors and I still have issues with completing that project so my rating is much lower.

They had a nice window product. The install was fast and well done. The site was left clean. The windows look great.

We were satisfied from the initial estimate to the completion of the job and would highly recommend G Fedale. They replaced 26 windows, shutters, siding, gutters and gutter guard.

They responded to my request for a window replacement very quickly, and they were easy to work with. They also made it very clear and understandable for me of what was going to happen.

Professional and friendly

I photocopied what I believe was the 4th inaccurate proposal we received. I hand-wrote 3 or 4 changes and emailed that back. All my handwritten changes were then made to the next proposal, except one that was a correction in grammar. I then agreed to sign it. –The work done on the roof was quick and excellent.

I can not make a recommendation since the installation workmanship was extremely poor.
