A storm came through during our roof replacement and the roof wasn't tarped in time. We had even warned the team @45 minutes prior to no avail. We had extensive water damage to our 2nd floor, foyer, garage, and our house will never be the same. This shouldn't have happened. I will certainly not go out of my way to damage Fedale's reputation, but I cannot recommend based on my experience. This was a terrible situation, particularly during a pandemic, having all of these workers in/out of our house.
The staff was very easy to reach, and we had good communication throughout the process. I asked a million questions, and they answered them all. They were particularly helpful with navigating my homeowners insurance. The roofers were hard workers, and they cleaned up the work area every day. We were very pleased with G. Fedale.

From the first contact for my roof replacement, G. Female was very professional. The salesperson, Evan, actually went up on my two story roof to inspect, met my insurance adjuster and provided a timely and competitive quote. The work was completed on the scheduled date and time and again the project manager,Matt, went on the roof for a final inspection. All completion certificates and warranty paperwork was provided by the office upon completion. The new roof looks great!

The sales experience was differentiated in that the sales associate treated me with respect and it didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me or adding in hidden costs. The roof work was done with a high level of quality and rather quickly. The only negative was a miscommunication wrt the timing of the new gutters and gutter guards, as these came two weeks after the roof was finished and of course we had some rain storms during that timeframe which made me nervous.
Estimator was very responsive and flexible, project was completed on schedule, high quality materials used, foreman came out and inspected work and fixed a small detail the day after I informed him.
Had to have them come back to replace faulty shingles. Then had a loose plywood board that required a second call.

I would say that I am very satisfied with their service and how they were on time. I was made aware of any issues. If they couldn't help out, they were on top of sending out who could get the job done, They were courteous and left everything clean.
