The team that showed up to do the work was respectful to me and my home. They took care with everything they did.

Be cautious that there could be a lot of miscommunication working with G. Fedale Roofing and Siding. They hired a third party contractor that was not appropriate for the job. There was also a lot of back and forth trying to figure out who could do it correctly in which did take a toll on us as the consumer.

You roofing team completely failed to treat my property with respect, the project was underestimated regarding time, so the first night they worked on the roof without adequate lighting which compromised both their safety and the quality of their work, they were alone, both with the old roofing materials and with their personal trash. They created safety issues for our family and our dogs as a result.

I liked the fact that there was no high pressure Sales approach. I felt that I controlled the flow of the project. I also liked the openness of the Sales person during the discussion of the project.

Good sales pitch, disappointing follow through. Project started 5 weeks later than originally suggested, was managed poorly, and dragged out for months. Some of this was beyond their control, but even what they could control was poorly managed.

Peter McManus worked as our estimator. This is the second roof he has helped us with. I found him to be knowledgeable and helpful. I believe that we received a quality job done at a fair price. Thanks!

They were professional and eager to resolve the multitude of issues I had with my home window installation.

From a sales perspective, we were very happy with the process. They were thorough, friendly and informative throughout the process. Unfortunately, the scheduling and implementation of the project had some issues. The main issue was just the lack of communication. Consistently, we had to follow-up on a deliverable a few days after it was stated they would let us know. We understand delays can happen but if you agree to contact us and never do it adds frustration to a project. This is our first time working with G Fedale so I have no basis to think this is how it is normally but this is our only experience.

The team at the North Wales, PA office was highly responsive, diligent, and transparent. They did a great job on my small commercial building. It is hard to find honest people in this industry. This office was very honest.
