Mike and Tanner arrived at a time (around 10:45 am) later than what we were told, and they finished up later (around 6 pm) than what we were expecting. After the work was done and installers left, we cleaned the windows and found defects with many window seals. We have reported the issues and are awaiting word from Bee on how and when these issues will be addressed.

They were professional, organized and friendly. It was an easy process from start to finish. I am overjoyed with the end results.

Installed windows on 4/17 that do not even open. I was at work on final day of install so was not able to test them myself. Now I'm told that no one will even look at them until 5/21, five weeks after work was supposed to be completed.

They haven't fallen out yet.

While the install was excellent and the team of Barry, Justin, Nick and Ryan was professional, knew what they were doing, and did a terrific job of both the installation and keeping my house clean, and then subsequently doing a nice cleaning afterwards, it's unfortunate that the business side (sales, measuring, paperwork, etc.) does not come close to their quality. If I could have worked only with the installers, I would have been very happy. Sadly, I wish I had cancelled the contract within the legally allowed timeframe to avoid so much of the nightmare working with this company prior to the installation! It's wrong for the business side to leave the mess to the installers who then take the brunt of any issues and all the frustration the business side creates.

Their prices are high, the attention to detail throughout the process is non-existent, and what they say vs. what occurs does not line up. $21,000 for the job (paid upfront due to going through Costco) and they didn't measure right (1 window more than 2" too short, never looked at outside to determine how to install!), installers not informed of what to expect requiring the installers to modify and adjust their work which required building up one sill. The company lied on the building permit to the city stating less than half the cost for the job and therefore paying less than half the permit fees. When attempting to escalate issues, there was no response except from the people I had the issues with! 5 windows are double-hung and yet no sash pull on the upper windows, which are available according to manufacturer, but this company stated "this is just how they are made" making me go direct to manufacturer for help.

The installers were not even informed of being schedulded until the day before, yet the company required me to book the install date 5+ weeks in advance. Of course, on the day they were supposed to arrive, I got a call 2 hours after they should have been here to be told they weren't coming that day. This company caused me an entire day, wasted due to really bad time mgmt costing me more than $2,000 of work, so now the cost of this job went up even more!

Therefore, they failed in all ways except the install itself and therefore the other work I am planning to do and could have used them for (roofing, additional windows, etc.) will definitely, absolutely go to some other company. Beware!!

Took from August 24 to March 25 to get the proper windows installed. Job required Tempered glass per code, was quoted this. Knowingly installed the incorrect product, failed inspection and took 3 visits to rectify

I will refer friends and family to be window because I was given a fair price the people that I have interacted with was very professional and they cleaned up after and I can already tell that I needed the windows My furnace used to come on every 3 to 4 minutes now it's about every 20 minutes so I know I'm going to be saving money with the b windows and they look so nice I had a big picture window put in the front of my home and it looks gorgeous also two windows and a bedroom and a single window in a third bedroom

The install crew from start to finish was great to work with.

We were quoted a much lower total cost, a much, much quicker turnaround time and the communication was poor throughout the whole process. Much of the time I was the one reaching out for an update and responses were usually short, unprofessional, uninformed and there was NO accountability taken. I talked to countless contacts from Bee and never felt like anyone knew what was going on or could be of any real value or help.

I would recommend Bee to anybody looking for a professional, good quality, honest, window company that meets and beats expectations.

We had an excellent experience with Bee every step of the way. I'm a pretty hard critic related to customer service, quality of the product, etc and was thoroughly happy with everything. In fact, the one style of window that slides side to side was much nicer than I had expected. The option to fully remove the windows was a great unexpected feature to really open up the room and let fresh air in.

Our service has been terrible since we signed the contract and paid. The door is not the quality we expected and the installation was poorly done. We’ve reached out several times to get someone to come fix our issues and we keep getting the run around. This has been a terrible experience and we wish we would have gone with another company, especially since we spent over $20,000 with you all. We are extremely unsatisfied with every aspect off this process.

Bee Window has been my go-to window company since 1991. I trust them with my home and with my wallet. No surprises, quality work and professional staff.

My only issue with the install was I talked to them, and it was kind of weather dependent, but they left some material and scraps behind in my yard, and when they installed some of my windows, they cracked some of my trim, and that wasn't offered to be fixed.
