Four Seasons Sunrooms did an excellent job. They had to wait a little bit for the other people to move the meter box, but what they did was done in a timely manner. They were open to my suggestions and were extremely helpful in adjusting some of my suggestions to what they thought would work best. Everything they did turned out to be much to my satisfaction. The salesperson Rich had a number of good ideas. I don't know what I wanted when I started, and he had numerous suggestions and options. It helped me because I had to pick out a number of things with the project. He came to the store with me and helped me pick out materials. He went the extra mile. I didn't know which things to select. Brandon and Jayden did a wonderful job. They cleaned up every day, were on time, came early, and worked hard all day. They also let me know when they'd be back. Furthermore, they coordinated with the electricians, the other company, or anyone else who needed to be part of the project. The job looks wonderful, and I would recommend them. They are not cheap, but it was in line with other companies I received quotes from.

We were very pleased with this company. They worked well with us, did a great job of communicating and "aimed to please". They obviously know their product and were able to answer questions and provide helpful input along the way. We are happy with the quality as far as we can tell thus far. We are loving spending time in our new room as it does a wonderful job of "letting the outside (which we love) in"! I am thankful that we added the transome windows as it opened up the room all the more. The deck size they recommended is smaller then we would have liked but in our case our space was limited anyway. Thank you Four Seasons!

The guys who did the installation were very professional, friendly, and courteous. They answered all questions to my satisfaction.

I was lied to from the beginning.

The fan they installed was just a one speed when it was supposed to be multiple speeds. The door is hard to lock from the outside, that they installed. The barn door we had installed, the brackets are not attacked well. They should have used cement screws, so it would hold the door. The air conditioner was placed high on the roof, and it blows in my face.

You have to wait 20 years before you get the product. You have to give a third of the money down.

Overall, we were very happy with the finished product, but we would have appreciated more communication regarding delays. There was a lack of communication during the process and they were running many months behind schedule.

They treated us very well. They even had info about our sunroom from 30 years ago.

I was very pleased with the end result. We got exactly what Rich said we were going to get and we were even more impressed than we thought we would be. I highly recommend Four seasons to anyone thinking about getting a sunroom.

We are 100% thrilled with this room and have shown it to many neirhbirs who knew we were adding to the back of our home. Everyone is impressed!

They did very good work. The design was nice but they were a little bit slow - because of the weather. They did encounter some minor problems - but they fixed them. Everything looks really nice. We spend more time in that room than any other room in the house. I am nervous about the city increasing my property tax because we added more value to the home.

I am thrilled with mu new sunroom. Excellent workmanship.

They actually custom cut siding to match existing home so we didn't have to Jury-rig it. They were extremely understanding that I was concerned about the aesthetics. We are very pleased with Four Seasons and would recommend them without hesitation.

The contractor and 2 guys were 4 pluses. I had trouble locking the sliding door and they were very prompt and kept the job site clean. They did not scatter it all over. They were prompt once they were here and on spot. My sales person was not upfront and lied about the permits and I was not happy.

I feel the final product is okay. However, I had some concerns about the lack of detail and process.

We are very satisfied with the design and execution of the projects we've had done by Four Seasons of Bondville, Il. Our home was not the typical one and posed several challenges. We are grateful for the patience of the staff and the quality of the work!

The carpenters were outstanding and even fixed the problem I had with something that had nothing to do with the sunroom. I just asked their advice on it and they said that they would fix it for me.

Make sure that everything is in the contract that you want and make sure that you go over that.

Rich Erickson, designer/sales manager of Four Seasons Sunrooms of Bondville, IL, persuaded my wife and me that the product and workmanship in the installation would be top quality, especially as the cost is substantial, namely, $34,938. As it turned out, he did not follow through with his verbal commitments. He did not even know the name of his electrician. When I questioned him about these failures, he terminated all communication with me. This is not what I consider to be professional and gentlemanly conduct. While he made great haste to come to my home to sell me the product, he never even made an attempt to visit with me to resolve outstanding issues or come to inspect the sunroom to ensure that his glowing verbal commitments on the construction were kept. The installation of the doors from my dining area into the sunroom was poorly done and remains an example of inferior workmanship.

The guys were very professional. They know what they were doing. The took every precaution to make sure it was up to my standards. I would recommend them.

They are a very professional group. I couldn't be any happier with the product they gave us.

Communication is generally one way with the company especially the salesman. The salesman and contractors don't listen or chose to ignore the customer. Window screens are loose and some even rattle in the wind. Bugs still get in the room. Bugs crawl through voids in window assembly and get into the inside of the room. Room isn't well insulated nor is the heater/cooler efficient. Power bill went way up due to the new unit. Salesman didn't always return calls despite contractors/workers saying things had to got through him. Issues did get resolved, however we felt like we had to follow-up on things way, too much to get things done right. We did appreciate Shawn for the attention to detail on repairs and customer service. The room does look nice and we do use it. Remains to be seen if we got our money's worth. We spent too much time following up and ensuring things were followed through on the project.

I was very impressed with Four Seasons Sunrooms of Bondville, IL. They did an excellent job. All of the subcontractors that did various portions of the work were professional. They came and did their job then went home. It was great.
