The only problem with a 100% non english speaking workforce is the customer has no way to communicate with the workmen. Our guys were outstanding but we would have liked to be able to talk to them, ask questions etc.

Steve Mammon was very helpful while initiating the install process. The install team was excellent; two brothers who really cared about the quality of their work. The salesman did a great job selling the product.

One day install!

The construction workers were all efficient and hard working all day long. They came back after the inspection and finished and cleaned up really well.

I wanted aluminum frames and FHIA was the only Company that offered that at no additional cost.

Professional and thorough

Workers were meticulous and even helped remove blinds and put them back up. They cleaned up after they completed the job. It was like no one had been there, and boom, you had new windows!

The windows are thick and heavy making me feel more secure.

As with most projects there was a couple of snags. The large wall of sliders were not ordered correctly. There was never any pressure to accept something that was not exactly what we wanted. They reordered and finished without any problems. The delay was only as long as it took to get the sliders (less than 4 weeks). We were very happy with our experience from start to finish.

Sales didn't try to upsell me. I was given options, but no pressure. Each person I dealt with was very responsive. There was good communication with each step. They handled getting HOA approval.

When doing counter tops my dry walls in kitchen was damaged.. I asked if it could be fixed... it was said they don't do that...so I have to get it fix
