Quality of windows

Windows look great and the work was quality work!

The firm did everything they said they would do and did it in a workmanlike manner and were very professional.

From start to finish they were great. The salesman Josh was honest and upfront. The price was VERY fair, GREAT selection to pick from. FHIA kept in touch with me to inform me of delivery/install. (which was quick) The install crew did a great job and were very courteous. Also had GREAT financing available.

When doing counter tops my dry walls in kitchen was damaged.. I asked if it could be fixed... it was said they don't do that...so I have to get it fix

We highly recommend FHIA if you are looking for new windows. Not only do they meet all the standards for hurricanes, but they look good, and they definitely block unwanted noises.

This is our second time with FHIA. We had a wonderful experience the first time and it was a pleasure to have them back. The people are courteous and professional. And we can see and feel the difference the windows make to the home.

We were especially pleased with the way FHIA representatives kept us informed of the progress of our window order. Phone calls, text messages and phone calls confirmed where we were in the process.
