This company was very professional. From the timelines of meeting appointments, to the working technicians who worked on our house, all of it was top notch! We were very impressed with all aspects of the work they did. They fully explained timelines, cleaned up beautifully and were always communicative of the process. They were a great company to work with during the process of water remediation!
While overall I appreciated the work and the professionalism of the work provided; there are certain areas that could be improved. Contractor was courteous and professional yet super slow in responding; it took 2 months to start the work from the day I filed the claim; I had to travel immediately after work was complete. After I returned I shared with contractor a couple of small things that were not done correctly but did not receive any response back.
Everything was fine. I would have liked more things explained.
My husband is in heart failure an I called my insurance company who got us set up with FireWater Restoration Services. They realized the crucial situation we were in, in terms my of my husband's labored breathing and couldn't have any mold issues in regards to the water in the house. They said they would be out that day and they were waiting for me when I got home from the hospital. They reacted promptly and I appreciated that.
At a very stressful point and time, George and his crew were extremely professional, calming, and hardworking. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing these services.
It was great service, they were very professional, and I would recommend them!
They know who pays the bills, and it’s not the home owner. Never used this company if they are recommended through an insurance company. They list several trade and quality groups that they are not members of or have no official certifications through.
The team was very professional and responsive. They were very respectful of our home and needs during the COVID-19 crisis when doing work. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs restorations work in the future.
They were very professional. They did a very good job and they finished as close to on time as possible.
Although they did good work. They did remove the propane heater for the job. They did not find someone to hook up our propane heater. So we had to remove it from the house.
Overall, the work completed was satisfactory. FireWater was the quickest resource to be able to get in to do the work and I really appreciate that. However, the communication was severely lacking and required daily phone calls to get clear answers to when and how the work was going to progress. The employees who were on site were very professional and courteous, but the invasiveness of the water mitigation process could have been explained much better. We were very unaware that our entire kitchen was going to be closed off with plastic wrap and that the industrial fans/dehumidifiers would produce so much heat during an already hot summer stretch.
FireWater was quick to assess the damage to my kitchen from the water leak, and to initiate a plan to dry me out. Their staff were here daily making adjustments to the equipment, measuring progress, and letting me know what they were going to be doing next. Very professional and friendly.
As I mentioned they were so fast and response on the first portion of the project. But at this point, with no communication or schedule of when the project will be completed I am hesitant to recommend them. It's been almost three month since the date the damage occured.
They significantly over charged on one room of the house. I was quoted $430 on my baby room that had one crib, a twin bed, dresser , a recliner and a nightstand. All of the clothing has been removed and the items in the closet were already in boxes yet for some reason I was charged $1200 for the room and they said it took 3 workers at 6 hours each to take care of the room. This room room took longer than any of the other rooms according to them and it had the least amount of items in it. I tried talking to them and they still insist it's accurate. They lost my trust because of this. I could have removed and packed the room myself in 6 hours.
They were always on time and did an excellent job.
They were very friendly and kept me informed the entire time. They were also very responsive when I needed to get a hold of them, I usually heard back from them the same day.
Working with FireWater Restoration Services is expensive and time-consuming.
They were very professional, courteous, kind, and sensitive.
They were really good to me. I have nothing bad to say about them. They were very professional. When asked if I would recommend them to a friend, yes I would. They earned it.
I was happy with the work FireWater Restoration Services did obviously.
The staff of Fire Water Restoration was, in every way, kind and helpful and professional. I had a fire in my home and they took remarkable care to remove my furniture, my clothing and shoes and personal belongings and especially my art . When they returned it (almost one year later)upon completion of the reconstruction by a different company~ great care and help to unpack and replace everything carefully was AMAZING! I had a terrible experience of a fire , damage to my home and to myself. Fire Water (especially Juliana) took great care to get me back to normal!
Every person I worked with was professional and on time. All work performed from initial response and cleanup to final drywall was excellent.
That's a personal bias. I manage a similar company, and I choose not to give business to my competitor.
George and his people were extremely easy to work with and the hardest workers. They dida most excellent job with everything and I tell everyone about how happy I am with their work.
I was extremely disappointed in the way that this firm company did work on my home. They used workman who were not qualified to do the work required to bring my home back to its previous condition. I had to have work redone that they did, with substantial increased expense, $4000 in plumbing alone.
